Pros storing customer info, confirming appointments, setting up services aspect is really nice. Color coding is great. I am mostly happy with this app. It has helped me with my business... Thank you Cons navigation through the app is very choppy. hitting the back button should not exit the app without a warning...it would be even better if when you hit the back button, it goes to the page/place you were previously. Pros Can schedule multiple clients in one appointment slot for group appointments Cons Program was working well until they made changes and disabled copy and paste function causing more time to be taken in typing out messages to clients that require the same message in followup. What makes is stand ahead of other applications is the feature that you can book more than one person for the same slot. So as personal trainer I use it for group classes that several customers can book themselves in for the same time frame. The application is easy to use and straight forward. Customer service is amazing and knowledgeable, they answer any inquires 24/7 Pros Easy to use, Friendly user screens, clients and I get confirmation emails for booking and cancelling. The ability to repeat the same appointment on the same days of the week. I really love this platform and I know my clients do as well. Pros I love how easy it is to share to a variety of places, ie. social media, email, text etc.. I also love the feature of notifications and being able to message clients. Cons I wish it would link to pay pal for ease of payment and it would be great to have better upload for graphics or or pictures page creation. It would also be great to have a feature to switch an appointment vs having to cancel and rebook. A customer review option for them to post to their social media sites would also be beneficial for business growth. Printable gift certificates from this platform would also be amazing! Pros I love that anyone with my link can see my schedule and know when I'm free to train. I can select which personal calendars I wan visible to my visibook. I think this is a great app for busy trainers who can't keep track of their training schedule and personal schedule. It's Google calendar compatible which is HUGE for me. For my business a reminder 2 days ahead of their appointment time would be better than 1 day. Give the free trial a go before you decide to buy it! Pros You are able to try Visibook for free before you buy it. This is a big selling point and it always feels better knowing I'm buying something I've tried before. It is a great software to schedule personal training sessions. I find it to be user friendly and like that it will store client information and send confirmation reminders. Cons I use this software to schedule auditions for a community theatre. Each show throughout our season has a different audition date. I wish I could set up each audition page so that it would only allow auditions to be scheduled on a particular day instead of people having to change the date on the calendar or mistakenly signing up for the wrong date because it defaults to the soonest date available. Sometimes I must plug in their name... also for some reason over time, some of my emails/numbers for customers have a big exclamation mark beside it- like it is no longer their contact... but it is correct.
