Pros

This service is easy to use. Anytime I have questions customer service responded quickly. It's very affordable and has saved me money because my clients get reminder for their appointments.

Cons

I would like the ability to set the amount of time for appointments. I typically have 50 min appointments.

Cons

You can't delete block of availablity you have to delete one at at time! Frustrating! Other than that it's very simple and works well!

Overall, I love the app!! It has reduced my no-shows dramatically, which is awesome because I drive to my client's homes and if they aren't there, I don't get paid!! I don't use the app quite as intended... I have the text message set up to read "please call or text me to confirm your appointment" for the next day. The message my clients receive is kind of choppy because that wasn't the intention of this feature, but I works out well enough. I also love that I get my own reminder message at about 6pm because then I will check if everyone did in fact confirm their appointment. I don't use the availability function (where clients can book their own appt.) or the pay function, so I am not sure how well those work. The only 2 things I would like to see changed are 1) the ability to send personalized messages to clients via text message (like you can with email) and 2) an easier way to choose appointment times... when I book an appointment I sometimes have trouble choosing the time I want. For instance, if I want to book at 8:45, sometimes I will get 8:30 or 9:00 depending on where I click on the time slot area, and I have to go back and start over. It's not huge, just a minor inconvenience.

Pros

Reminders to clients and myself about upcoming appointments

Cons

The inability to send personalized text messages and the way the app has you choose an appointment time (not accurate and can only book appointments in 15 min intervals)

I love the ease of Visiboook as well as the reminders it sends to me as the scheduler and my clients. It has freed up a lot of time I Was spending keeping track of schedules and manually sending out reminders.

Cons

No complaints. I have really enjoyed the software.

i love how it save me time calling to confirm my customer and being able to see my customer for the day on my computer in the morning and on the road .

Cons

i have had problems with costumers pick from . Meaning color and cut or just waxing. I don't know how to get in touch with anyone to help me with this matter.

We can manage your daily work digitally. They have an online payment feature. You don't have to get paid by cash, simply you can enable payment option in the dashboard.

Cons

I don't have any major dislikes but the User Interface bit dull.

Pros

Facility to use, free, it send message reminder, I can share with clients and the client schedulled appears only to me, preserving client privacy.

Cons

I can't send email to the clients at the same time through it, and I would like to do see the notes together with the name of the client.

Pros

I like the reminders. The fact they can also change or schedule their own appt. I just wish clients can keep of there own session or paid training package.

Cons

Clients have had issues seeing my schedule Goewver, I dont know if that is something wrong on my end.

It’s been easy to learn and a positive thing for my business.

Pros

I like that it sends me and my clients reminders about appts. My clients live this new service I provide with appt reminders.

Cons

I need more control with double bookings. I don’t allow my clients to online book because there are still too many appts that can be booked incorrectly and I can’t have the errors on my books. I need control of which appts can be double booked at specific times during the appt.

Cons

Honestly, there aren't any changes I would make. Clients like the freedom to check availability and book on their own time. It works for me. There's no need to switch companies.

Pros

I liked that it did confirmation text, sent messages to my phone, easy to communicate with my clients

Had a few problems in the beginning with the billing but a CSR was very helpful and took care of everything

Visibook is not hippa compliant. It is not an issue now, but it may be in the future. Other than that, it's great.

The difficulty in rebooking regular clients is a pain. I have to re schedule weekly clients every 25 weeks in a huge pain. Either extend the limit to 52 weeks or continuous.

Ease of scheduling appointments on the go on my iphone device. The layout of printed schedules is neat and easy to read.

Booking appointments can be a hassle when going back and forth with clients while playing phone tag. Visibook helps free you from setting appointments. The user experience is clean and simple for both the calendar administrator and the customer. The Technical/Customer Support team responds quickly too. You can't beat that with a stick.

Pros

It was free. This gives small businesses and startups the opportunity to test out the product and see if it truly helps, which I am sure it will.

Cons

There's no feature to block out time. It would be nice to have a feature on the calendar where you can block out time so that customers cannot schedule anything during that time. So maybe the ability to click on the calendar to create a block, then click and drag the bottom (or top) of the block to expand it to block out the time desired. Or even if there was a "Hidden Service" option where you can manually create your Services that customers would not be able to see or select. I spoke with customer service and was told that they were working on this feature.

Pros

Visibook is relatively easy to use and understand and the text reminders to my clients is also great.

Cons

When adding a new provider, getting them set up isn't as easy as it should be. I wish you could click on a client's address and have it automatically open in a direction/map app. Can't delete multiple services at once. As far as I can tell, on the app, there is no way to mark a provider unavailable on certain days/times.

Visibook is definitely my receptionist. Good. Just want more options to over lap appointments and no show protection.

Pros

Even with poor connection it works extremely fast. Great Value! Apple and Android adaptable! Love it.

Cons

I wish I could store more client info in categories like birthday etc. And I'm a hairstylist so layering appointments would be great per individual. Credit card processing to prevent no shows. Apparently my name was link to the credit card processing company years back and I have no idea how to unlink :(

My overall experience has been very positive. The desktop version is the best. I have found that the software really fits my companies needs.

Pros

Visibooks has a free plan that is functional and easy to use. you can book up to 40 appointment a month there is easy payment processing. There are reminders and an autoconfirm feature to use as well. Very easy overall.

Cons

One of the more challenging things is to set up a business’ available hours on the app. There is also some issues with some of the settings. They are not that user friendly. Once you get the programming things go more smoothly.
