I have used several appointment schedulers in the past 5 years with no satisfaction. I have finally stopped my search with Visibook. It does exactly what I need it to do with ease and reliability. I have cut my no shows to nothing and my customers like that they can test me through the app. It's very ease to see the history of conversation as well on the app. Cons The start up time to open the app on the phone might be improved a little however it is much faster I tried to get all my therapists to use one calendar but wasn't successful with that. December 27, 2018 5.0 People make their own appointments and want to book in advance so they don't lose their time slot each week. I like that it can merge with Google calendar. Overall, I am very happy with Visibook! Pros Easy to navigate. Customer service is provided promptly via email. Adding client accounts was convenient. Once clients no how to use the app, they can easily book service themselves. Love that the client gets a reminder 24 hours ahead of scheduled appointment and that when they communicate to me through Visibook I receive an alert and can respond back. Great to see all client's info in one place. Cons Initially it could have been a little easier to get to know the ins and outs of the site if there was a step by step tutorial or video. The convenience of it is unparalleled by anything else that I have tried to use. I appreciate that clients have access to it as well, so that they can schedule appointments themselves as well. Pros The software is easy, and accessible for my clients to use. I enjoy using it to schedule sessions with my clients and I know that they appreciate the updates and reminders for their sessions. Cons I would like there to be a place in the reminder that has the address that the session will be at for my clients to refer to. I work out of two offices, and as of right now there is no way to clarify for them which office they are going to through visibook. It's hard for me to get to the phone to change or schedule appointments, and once I explain the set-up to my clients, they give me great feedback, too. I do wish there were an option for text reminders, rather than email, but I still recommend the Visibook system to anyone who runs a small business. You can't beat the price. I haven't tracked, but I'm fairly sure this has reduced my no-show rate. I can't say I'm crazy about the app for my iPhone, but I use the full program on my iPad every day. I like getting reminders of my schedule the night before, also. Pros Ease of use, cost, user-friendly for my clients Cons Lacks ability to send text reminders, and the iPhone app is buggy. Pros I love the confirmation emails/texts and reminders the most. It's helped our business tremendously.. Cons I would love if there was a way to note that a person arrived or was a no-show for their appointment...like a check-in bubble.
