Was able to learn program within two days. Very simple and easy to use. Customer service is top notch. Cons The cost is the only downfall. We could not keep the program after the trail but that was the only issues. When we decided to implement the TuitionPay portal in late December, Customer support representatives managed to work miracles. The two of them had our new portal developed and functioning by early January. I don't know what we'd do without Diamond Mind!
