Offender Management System Reviews
"Incredibly Helpful System and Support"
Overall: We're able to monitor jail communications in order to ensure that relevant laws are followed.
Pros: As a prosecutor, GTL has been an incredible tool for screening inmates' calls. I personally find the variety of search options and specificity of the filters to be most helpful.
Cons: Sometimes inmates use each other's pin numbers to make phone calls, which makes it a bit more difficult to know exactly who is actually making the call. Some sort of additional identification verification method would be great.
"Easy to use, hard to manage. "
Pros: I like the price per minute / dollar with this software is inexpensive for inmates family. I like the ease of loading money onto accounts through their partnership with connect network
Cons: The censoring is awful. You can start to respond to a text and the automated screener while read it as an attempted three way call and immediately end your call. Which I get ..if it was an actual three way. I appreciate the security it offers them and to keep them on the weight track. But for a family member it is annoying to navigate through.
