Why I liked most about Worksay Peakon Employee Voice is it captures the opinions of the employees and their views on the topic you send out to survey .

Cons

I didn’t have anything I liked least about Workday Peakon Employee Voice, I don’t recall any issues with it

I have relied on this software to manage everything from timekeeping, to filing of federal tax forms, leave requests, and viewing total compensation from one organized and simple interface

Pros

Employee management, user friendliness, ease of use and access, and seamless collaboration are just a few of the key favorite factors within this software.

Cons

I am not especially pleased with how sensitive the fields are for editing timesheets by users. Manual entries are complicated and often rejected. Radio buttons and dropdown menus might have had better user friendly outcomes.

Pros

What stood out most was how Peakon gave employees a consistent, anonymous way to share honest feedback, which helped build trust and encouraged higher engagement.

Cons

The volume of data was helpful, but it sometimes required extra effort to translate insights into clear priorities without additional context or internal discussion.

Survey responses are anonymous, which leads to more honest reviews that reflect reality better than when people identify themselves

Cons

It seems that the anonymity of anonymous reviews is not always failproof, and the size of the team matters. If you're part of a small team, your survey responses are more likely to leak

Easy to use and can request time off easily. You can check the hours of work and previous paycheck easily.

Cons

Nothing. I wish it remind employees to clock out sometimes. When I forgot to clock out. Times continue.

It's a solid, easy tool to use and it's amazing our company uses this. I'd like to see more concrete changes in my team based on what we actually say.

Pros

It's fast and very probably anonymous. I can fill out the survey in a minute or less, also on my phone. I really like that it's so fast.

Cons

The emails are sometimes a bit much, it feels like just another notification to deal with when I am focusing on a project. I also WISH we had more proofs the feedbacks are really anonymous.

I believe this has potential to be an asset to any company. That said, if the anonymity is not maintained it shoots itself in the foot. If employees are not given a space to voice concerns candidly they will not use it appropriately.

Pros

This product gives employees an opportunity to raise concerns or relay satisfaction to their leaders. Where I work, this has given leadership the opportunity to recognize areas they may have fallen short and/or to realize patterns in the business that are not visible in day-to-day operations at their level.

Cons

The tool is broadcast as an anonymous survey, but this does not seem to be the case. It seems as though the executive leadership is still able to see who the submissions come from. In my opinion this fact creates a fear of retaliation and decreases the incentive to respond candidly.

Excellent and i really recommend any new business to start using for its features and ease of use too.

Pros

I used Workday Peakon Employee Voice when i was working. It easy to use and very useful to see the candidate profile as well as team collaboration. It also nice for employee management since it makes the job easier as well as easy to share files with other mangers. The customer support is helpful too. The price isn't that high so its valuable for money.

Cons

I had no problems when i was using the Workday Peakon Employee Voice. Very helpful and ease the job a lot.
