As an assistant teacher, I appreciate how simple it is to share feedback and how seriously the school takes the results. The platform helps leadership identify issues early, whether it’s workload, communication, or staff morale. It has improved transparency and made it easier for teachers and assistants to feel heard. The insights have led to real changes, like better scheduling and more support during busy periods.

Pros

What I liked most is how easy it is to give anonymous feedback and see how the school responds to it. The pulse surveys are short, quick, and feel meaningful. The platform highlights themes like workload, communication, and well‑being, which helps our administration understand what teachers and assistants are experiencing day‑to‑day.

Cons

Some survey questions can’t be customized, which makes it harder for schools to ask very specific questions. Also, managers need training to fully understand the dashboards and action plans, so the setup phase can feel a bit slow.

It makes it easy to share feedback and stay engaged without taking up a lot of time. I like that it keeps things simple and to the point, which makes it feel more usable.

Pros

I like that it’s quick and easy to give feedback without it feeling like a long process. The surveys are simple and don’t take much time, which makes it way more likely I’ll actually complete them. I also like the reminders and notifications to help me stay on top of things I’d probably forget otherwise. Overall, it’s pretty straightforward and not overwhelming.

Cons

The interface could feel a little more modern, and sometimes the surveys can feel a bit repetitive depending on how often they’re sent. Not a huge issue, just something that could be improved.

I have relied on this software to manage everything from timekeeping, to filing of federal tax forms, leave requests, and viewing total compensation from one organized and simple interface

Pros

Employee management, user friendliness, ease of use and access, and seamless collaboration are just a few of the key favorite factors within this software.

Cons

I am not especially pleased with how sensitive the fields are for editing timesheets by users. Manual entries are complicated and often rejected. Radio buttons and dropdown menus might have had better user friendly outcomes.

It's a solid, easy tool to use and it's amazing our company uses this. I'd like to see more concrete changes in my team based on what we actually say.

Pros

It's fast and very probably anonymous. I can fill out the survey in a minute or less, also on my phone. I really like that it's so fast.

Cons

The emails are sometimes a bit much, it feels like just another notification to deal with when I am focusing on a project. I also WISH we had more proofs the feedbacks are really anonymous.

I believe this has potential to be an asset to any company. That said, if the anonymity is not maintained it shoots itself in the foot. If employees are not given a space to voice concerns candidly they will not use it appropriately.

Pros

This product gives employees an opportunity to raise concerns or relay satisfaction to their leaders. Where I work, this has given leadership the opportunity to recognize areas they may have fallen short and/or to realize patterns in the business that are not visible in day-to-day operations at their level.

Cons

The tool is broadcast as an anonymous survey, but this does not seem to be the case. It seems as though the executive leadership is still able to see who the submissions come from. In my opinion this fact creates a fear of retaliation and decreases the incentive to respond candidly.

Excellent and i really recommend any new business to start using for its features and ease of use too.

Pros

I used Workday Peakon Employee Voice when i was working. It easy to use and very useful to see the candidate profile as well as team collaboration. It also nice for employee management since it makes the job easier as well as easy to share files with other mangers. The customer support is helpful too. The price isn't that high so its valuable for money.

Cons

I had no problems when i was using the Workday Peakon Employee Voice. Very helpful and ease the job a lot.
