It’s very simple to use and easy to navigate. The colors of the brand are also pleasing without being overwhelming.

Cons

It could have better tools within, however this may just vary based on the company/organization’s set up of Workday for their employees.

Pros

I used Workday Peakon Employee Voice when i was working. It easy to use and very useful to see the candidate profile as well as team collaboration. It also nice for employee management since it makes the job easier as well as easy to share files with other mangers. The customer support is helpful too. The price isn't that high so its valuable for money.

Cons

I had no problems when i was using the Workday Peakon Employee Voice. Very helpful and ease the job a lot.

Pros

Peakon gives you and the entire company amazing visibility of the engagement data it captures. Instead of the information being in one persons hands it gives control to managers of all levels the ability to make change both big and small in their areas based on the feedback gained both from the engagement and eNPS scores but also the comments received. One of the big things that set Peakon apart from the very beginning was the ability to interact with comments anonymously, to acknowledge, respond, and forward them on enhances the feedback cycle for users.

Cons

There are some features that I would like to have, but the team are always very interested in our ideas and will send them off to the development team for discussion.

I've found Peakon to be a well-designed, sophisticated yet easy-to-use product, invaluable in managing large teams.

Pros

The core of Peakon is its benchmarking. It captures staff feedback and measures their engagement using questionnaires, then compares its analysis with benchmarked scores based on team size, industry, location etc. It identifies areas of strength and weakness, making recommendations about improvements that can be made. We have used it to uncover morale and motivation issues amongst staff, and to identify strengths we can build upon. I'm very impressed by the level of thought that's gone into its design and development.

Cons

It can sometimes be frustrating trying to second-guess the reasoning behind anonymous feedback, but then the anonymity is key to the platform so I guess it's not the software that's at fault.

Our company started using Peakon a couple of years ago and I love it. The user interface is inviting with imagery, simple to choose your rating, and gives an opportunity to add comments to any question. The imagery on each question is inclusive and diverse. The dashboard on Workday to see all of your survey results is helpful to look at when seeing where I rank amongst other employee responses.

Cons

No major feedback, I could see some nice background music while I'm taking the survey to get into that calm headspace.

Extremely positive. Without this product the organisation would have taken a different route which wouldn't have potentially put as much focus on the employees. The assistance I receive, especially from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], is fantastic and I couldn't thank him enough for everything he has done us.

Pros

This system is so easy to use, and gives such a great level of detail. This has helped our line managers take responsibility for the engagement of the teams, and is now spoken about with great positivity.

Cons

I would like to see more analytics on usage from line managers, this has begun but I think there can be more. I would also like to see more assistance in how to write employee engagement strategies.

Excellent customer service/onboarding. Friendly and professional.

Pros

Employees complete it monthly so we can review at the time any issues and put actions in to place. Different departmental managers can work together to see why differing scores/feedback within their team on a particular item. Putting actions into place following feedback, involving all staff in the actions shows to employees that we are listening as we want to ensure they have an inclusive and happy place to work.

Cons

Lots of stats, the system can be complicated to understand some of these. More training required. The trainers are so knowledgeable they assume it is easy.

Accessible and therefore inclusive for all. They were keen to make the site as accessible as possible so worked with us to ensure this was implemented.

We get much more tangible results on our internal communications now, rather than just guessing who isn't engaged and why.

Pros

Easy to use, lots of help if we need it. The export report is good as it is easy to present to teams for feedback.

Cons

The monthly surveys take a bit of getting used to for staff. We also have a complicated departmenal structure and that can make reading the results confusing sometimes.

\- Easy to setup - Amazing user experience that works well on mobile - Every manager gets a personalised dashboard with insights just for their team - Flexible scheduling; can be run weekly, monthly etc - Great support

\- If you are moving from an annual survey it's quite a shift to more frequent, so you need to ensure everyone is onboarded properly - Would be nice to have manager apps for dashboard (although it does work on mobile browser)

Employee management, user friendliness, ease of use and access, and seamless collaboration are just a few of the key favorite factors within this software.

Cons

I am not especially pleased with how sensitive the fields are for editing timesheets by users. Manual entries are complicated and often rejected. Radio buttons and dropdown menus might have had better user friendly outcomes.

Pros

I like that it’s quick and easy to give feedback without it feeling like a long process. The surveys are simple and don’t take much time, which makes it way more likely I’ll actually complete them. I also like the reminders and notifications to help me stay on top of things I’d probably forget otherwise. Overall, it’s pretty straightforward and not overwhelming.

Cons

The interface could feel a little more modern, and sometimes the surveys can feel a bit repetitive depending on how often they’re sent. Not a huge issue, just something that could be improved.

It's fast and very probably anonymous. I can fill out the survey in a minute or less, also on my phone. I really like that it's so fast.

Cons

The emails are sometimes a bit much, it feels like just another notification to deal with when I am focusing on a project. I also WISH we had more proofs the feedbacks are really anonymous.

I believe this has potential to be an asset to any company. That said, if the anonymity is not maintained it shoots itself in the foot. If employees are not given a space to voice concerns candidly they will not use it appropriately.

Pros

This product gives employees an opportunity to raise concerns or relay satisfaction to their leaders. Where I work, this has given leadership the opportunity to recognize areas they may have fallen short and/or to realize patterns in the business that are not visible in day-to-day operations at their level.

Cons

The tool is broadcast as an anonymous survey, but this does not seem to be the case. It seems as though the executive leadership is still able to see who the submissions come from. In my opinion this fact creates a fear of retaliation and decreases the incentive to respond candidly.

Overall I would recommend Peakon to any medium to large organisation looking to gather and action employee feedback regularly. Since using it we've been able to provide key insights to the rest of the business with relatively little legwork.

Pros

Peakon's ability to gather survey responses and break down the data by function, area, demographics, by individual drivers etc. is really powerful and intuitive. It makes it easy to use the data to answer otherwise tricky questions such as 'which areas of the business are happy with x, y or z?' or 'how have feelings on x changed overtime?'. The feature where managers can respond to anonymous comments also works well and opens up some productive conversations that might otherwise not happen.

Cons

The action planning functionality is currently a bit lacking. It does exist but lacks some key features that could really help make tracking usage of action plans organisation-wide easy, such as the ability to set action plans by function and area.
