Pros
It's super user friendly. I love how it breaks down the price & has a description for all items available.
We love the ability to chat/group chat, upload links and share notes with each other. Our company is spread out over a few states, so to have the ability to chat with everyone is very important to us.
Simple install, seamless to use and very helpful when working with a large office. It's great for productivity opposed constantly having to physically gather to share information.
I love how cute it is and it is very convinient as an app and desktop version as well. I used it for nearly 4 years and I am pretty happy with it.
Cons
The first month of our remote employees they are getting loopy from the noise until we find out by accident when we zoom with them and explain where to switch it off.
For our use, it meets all expectations, we have nothing to complain about, but on the part of the administrator I have already seen complaints about lack of integration.
I have not come across anything that I dislike about this software yet.
Getting stuck in a long conversation can be annoying at times.

"A more user-friendly Slack"
Overall: We have a completely remote team of about 30 team members. The biggest challenge in running a remote team is integrating communication between people and teams to reduce the distance and increase personal interaction. Flock solved that for us in a big way. Adoption was 100% and everyone always has it online. It has really improved team cohesiveness.
Pros: The best feature about Flock is its ease-of-use. Our team is made of diverse members with different technical skills from engineers, designers, project managers to marketers and HR. The most important feature when choosing this was ease of use as that would greatly affect how well the tool would be adopted by the team members.
Cons: The administration and enterprise features were are not as robust as the competitors. If one was looking for a compliant enterprise communication tool to pass on sensitive information, I would check elsewhere.
"Flock: Robust, Iconic and Full-featured BIM & Live Chat Program"
Overall: File sharing, team collaboration, live chat and business instant messaging.
Pros: I use a lot of BIM tools in my organization, but Flock beats nearly all in terms of robustness of features. It makes it easy to collaborate via creation of unlimited communication channels.
Cons: In order to use video conferencing tools, it requires to be integrated with external Apps such as Zoom.
"Leaves More to be Desired"
Overall: We tried the paid version but we stick to the free version for what we need - it's really too much of a hassle to switch now
Pros: I like the user interface, it's clean and for the most part, works for what we need.
Cons: You can't DM multiple people, hard to manage a lot of different conversations which we need a lot in our organization. There's parts of the UX that is just clunky and annoying. I wish the chat would stay at the last viewed message, but it doesn't - so you're left scrolling up and figuring out where you left off.

Overall: Best time management software which empowers service delivery and efficiency. Flock is great.
Pros: During my time using Flock, the biggest achievement is time management. Flock saves time and gets work done in the simplest way. Instant messaging has enhanced clarity in every exercise and projects. Again, integration in this software is quite effective. Flock is easy to use and it's application is based on the field. Quite impressive tool.
Cons: Flock is a simple and straight forward software. It is easy to use and launch. Operations is amazing. The free trial is also a good sign of great operation. I don't have any negative side so far.

"Robusta Tool for Unlocking BIM & PM"
Overall: File sharing.Team collaboration.
Pros: Flock has a mobile application that I use on my iPhone on a daily basis. It makes it easy to manage projects and advance team collaboration in one place.

"What I Know bout Flock"
Pros: How it combines online project management and BIM tools in one place.
Cons: That I have to integrate with external web conferencing tools.
"Flock Review"
Pros: I like that it is easy to send messages to many people at the same time, all we need to do is to add all the contants in the chat.
Cons: It has a messaging limit of 10,000 messages which makes it hard for us to keep messages for future reference.
"A clean and feature rich communication tool"
Overall: Having used a host of communication tools like Google Chat, Microsoft teams, the fact that Flock integrates so easily with so many other tools is an achievement in itself, since Flock is a stand alone tool and not a part of some software suite. It has an extremely clean and easy usability and the text box has multiple tools to format the messages. This is the best part, because then it always becomes easy to point out focus items, quotes etc.
Pros: 1. Very clean and clear interface 2. Has features like To Dos, Pinned Items etc which allow small scale project and file management 3. Integrated with a host of other tools and can be extended to a dozen other tools . 4, Has a fantastic feature to automate a few things by adding processes.
Cons: 1. Search algorithms needs to be improved. I don't find relevant details from the search functionality 2. Contact management need to be improved.
"Communication and ideas collaboration"
Pros: I love the commentaries on the images feature. Flock is a fantastic tool for swiftly sharing visual insights. I love how you can make comments and doodle directly on photographs within the application. Also, the interface is more superficial than Slack, and it has a "spacious" feel to it. I also enjoy that it includes build-in assistance to aid you in learning the ropes.
Cons: The least I like, and also the one that has to be improved, is that specific files are not readily available and occasionally become missing, but this is not a significant issue because it does not occur frequently. When using the software, it feels a little complicated. Overall, it still performs admirably for a variety of tasks.
"Remote non-tech team needs simple communication software!"
Overall: Changed my company, changed my life. I do complain sometimes about too many red dots! But at least I have it all in one place.
Pros: We used to work in the chat function of Skype... true story! Then someone suggested Slack and the tech details were completely overwhelming for our non-tech team. I think we found flock when it was barely out of beta and we are using it day in, day out, all day! And it integrates with our existing project management tool trello. What I also like is the responsiveness of the support team.
Cons: It's not very obvious where to switch the sound off, ha ha. The first month of our remote employees they are getting loopy from the noise until we find out by accident when we zoom with them and explain where to switch it off!
"Excellent communication tool"
Overall: Flock has become a key part of the entire companies communication. Company wide channels to share information for all employees as well as focused channels to handle specific areas of the business make it the best solution for us.
Pros: It's easy for all level users in the company to communicate with. Great real-time solution to responding to client needs ASAP. Administration of the users and environment is simple. Excellent uptime - rare that the service is ever slow or unavailable. Support and dev team are on top of the product and updates.
Cons: Can be a challenge to manage multiple groups/channels. Would like a better way to keep channels and groups cleaned up and current. maybe a way to customize the interface for the company would be nice.
"Simple chatting software "
Pros: Clean UI similar to other chatting softwares
Cons: Search is difficult, pinned items are difficult to find
"Convenient and improving product!"
Overall: Flock is a nice and easy-going communication platform and has made our lives easy in corporate communication and mostly during this remote working phase. Keep improving and bringing in new and cool features.
Pros: 1. Easy to understand and operate 2. 'Read by' feature helps a lot. 3. The distinguishing red mark on mentions is a great experience. 4. The variety of stickers and emojis are great.
Cons: 1. The DND feature can be better. 2. The reaction emojis can be more (please add more relevant ones like - facepalm, a simple smile, etc) 3. Provide notification tone changes in the app version of it. 4. The recent chants are lost whenever one makes a hard refresh. Please retrieve the chats back. 5. The search feature can be made efficient (add date-wise search and improve the current search) 6. When a file is pinned, please have a method to show the message on the chat as well.
"Communication at its easy best......"
Overall: Flock satisfies our office needs with respect to communication and also cuts down on email usage.
Pros: Flock is like many collaboration and messaging software made awesome. Since its inception in our workplace, We don’t have to email everything . This has resulted in minimal time waste. Flock also incorporates many apps with your work tasks such as a to-do list. We can also create reminders, polls and notes. File Sharing feature is very useful. You can also create multiple teams (similar to WhatsApp). That’s not all, you can share your screen with the video call facility available. Just go for it!!!
Cons: I noticed many updates are being received. If you update, you tend to lose your previously pinned conversations. Sometimes, you get a feeling that flock looks too cluttered. Current user interface can definitely be improved.
"Flock review"
Overall: Flock is a good app, and really useful for team communications. Definitely use it on a day-to-day basis, and is a part of my workflow.
Pros: One of the things I love about flock is the code sharing and note sharing features, extremely useful. As well as the integration with other platform apps like Google, zoom, etc. And the edit message button is a godsend.
Cons: I really wish there wasn't such a delay in getting notifications on the mobile apps. Also that once a user leaves the platform, their chat history shouldn't be deleted. AT least we should get an option to export it or something.
"Ease of communication"
Overall: Every time I need to talk to my reporting head or team leader, I can point them on flock instead of having to go to their desk or can send files to them if needed very easily.
Pros: Flock offers a platform for communication that seems basic but has so many functionalities built into it. You can send documents, media, emojis, texts or share a to do list. For those who don't like to go through the painful experience of sending mails for official purposes, flock is the platform that helps the communication flow smoothly between the employees and employers.
Cons: Recently there's a limit added to the number of messages a free account can have and the old messages get deleted every time you get a new message. This means unintended loss of data for those who are using it.
"Online managementtool for engineers"
Overall: Lack of managment options on older apps, like Skype, made us forced to search for a new app for communication. Flock poped up on google play store, so we tried it out. Avaible on both play store and apple store, we quickly reached our objective. Everyone in our firm uses it now.
Pros: Since the world is in hard situation, we rely on online communication for task managing within our firm. Flock is great program for that. Not only is there basic online chatting, but the program also has options for task assigment. This means, we are able to directly distribute the work, without need of worry of someone forgetting their work, since its always written there. We use github, google disk and drop box at our firm. This program is able to co-work with them, which makes it usage that much easier for us. The amount of space avaible, 5 GB per team on free trail, is greatly appreciated. Naturally, 20 gb per team for purchased program is more than enough for normal firm usage. For just 4,50 a month, you have 3 apps in one: online communication, cloud storage, task managment. Avaible in both google play store and apple store makes it convenient for our diverse use of software.
Cons: Lack of profile costumization options.
