En general, es una muy buena aplicación para poder seleccionar a los candidatos que más se ajusten al perfil de un puesto de trabajo, es sencilla de usar y la información es clara y concisa.

Pros

Este software es muy bueno para el sector de recursos humanos, ya que optimiza y facilita todo el proceso de selección y de contratación del nuevo personal para una empresa. Además, tiene un apartado para que las empresas puedan poner los puestos de trabajo que tienen disponibles que las personas se vayan apuntando. Es muy sencillo de utilizar y la atención al cliente es muy buena.

Cons

Creo que podrían poner el software más económico, para que lo puedan usar mas empresas o personas que lo deseen.

Ha mejorado mucho la comunicación con los candidados, así como tener un proceso de selección estandarizado y donde la información está en un solo sitio.

Pros

\- La usabilidad de la herramienta nos ha facilitado poder compartirla con managers que no son expertos en RRHH y que puedan sentirse partícipes de los procesos de selección en todo momento. - La atención al cliente, siempre que tenemos alguna duda tenemos una respuesta rápida y ajustada a nuestras necesidades. - El acompañamiento que hemos tenido por parte de Talent Clue por parte de la persona que tenemos de contacto de nuestra cuenta. Ha sido un apoyo muy importante para nosotras ponerlo fácil en estos últimos años. - La escalabilidad del software. Empezamos gestionando una empresa y ahora tenemos unas 5 filiales que utilizamos a diario con sus correspondientes portales de empleo y ha sido muy sencillo. - Es un producto en constante mejora y evolución

Cons

\- La integración con portales de pago como Infojobs o LinkedIn siempre es un punto de mejora, aunque con la parte de Linkedin Limited Listings nos ha ayudado muchísimo.

Pros

The software was excellent to do a internal search of candidates that applied to the position. That´s something my current software does not provide, and so it simplifies my job not having to do so much PIP for the positions as all the information of all applicants is saved within the software. Also, really userfriendly tool.

Cons

The only negative thing is that it was a really local recruiting software, it might not be really helpful to international companies.

Talent Clue allows us to have a centralised candidates data base that grows fast, it simplifies our daily work by optimizing processes and it gives us a tool to have a good brand image with candidates through the Candidate Messaging Templates

Pros

We can have our own candidates data base (not depending on a specific job portal) and its growth is really fast. I'm also very happy with the automation of the communications with candidates with Candidate Messaging Templates: we can tell them a suitable message for every different situation. They are grateful even if we discarded them from the process! They hate more not to be informed than being discarded.

Cons

I would like to be able to classify the job portals with our own criteria. Now is not possible. I would also like to have more filters in the Web widget

Cons

The reports. It is a bit difficult to process the data according to internal KPIs.
