This is embarrassing, I am not too swift when it comes to new software. The team training was geared to my level of understanding, MUCHO THANKS!!!! It took extra time but they were patient with me. I may now have enough knowledge to not have a need to call tech support for a long time, again THANKS to BlueDAG. Pros The ease of use. I am not a techie or geek, I am a little slower at technology than most people. With an extra little training, I am using the software with very few issues ,I solve the issues myself, Mom would be proud. Cons It is written to find problems on a project. It gets somewhat cumbersome when I need to write a report with no issues, time should correct that.
