"Great Service"

**Overall:** Overall, Very Good. I can follow-up with my reports and determine if they are utilizing this tool and showing appreciation to their co-workers.

**Pros:** It's a great way to connect with your colleagues. It's a great tool to show appreciation and it's easy to navigate. I like the cash out feature where you can receive virtual gift cards.

**Cons:** You don't get notified when someone comments on a post about you. This should be updated so we are notified.

"Options!!!"

**Overall:** Great, being able to recognize collegues for the last 5 years. Looking forward for new opportunbities to send Qarrots.

**Pros:** The opportunity to recognize collegues at any time, without having to issue any Qarrots, and then give the opportunity for other to share the same sentiments and add Qarrots as well.

**Cons:** When redeeming Qarrots sometime the different monetary value options are not available. (e.g Uber least amount is 10, lyft least amount in 15)
