Pros: The software itself was decent. Reporting features were good, able to get comprehensive data from the full fleet.

Cons: Approximately 35% of our fleet of 120 vehicles didn't work. The units would check in every day between 5-8am, and would accurately show where the vehicle was parked (meaning they were communicating) but there was no status all day. Was told by lousy customer service team that we need to check daily for "Ignition on" alerts, but That implies that there is a high potential for issues if you are supposed to daily check that they work. Once we got one unit working, another stopped. Never ending cycle. Went through multiple tech support reps, multiple sales reps, area managers and even a few VPs and the president of the company with no satisfaction ever. Happyest day for our company was when the contract expired.
