"A great tool for small businesses"

**Overall:** No major issues, and it works quite well, just a little on the expensive side.

**Pros:** It's everything in one package, crm, inventory & invoice management.

**Cons:** The price, the interface can be a little clunky (some of the terminology for Australia takes some getting used to), and emailing invoices/quotes can be hit and miss.

"Easy to use once setup"

**Overall:** Updates are really working well, everytime they do that there is always something better. Love the intergation of our ABN now

**Pros:** I love the ease of doing work orders and how easy it is to invoice payments & receipts.

**Cons:** Sometimes freezes and it is a bit pricey
