I would recommend that you tell new clubs not to put payment plans near the end of the month so the payments and bank reconcile easier with the fee reports. Pros I like multiple users on admin side of the system. Our website will be moved to uplifter. The gold package keeps AR in one system. Cons Some of the search capabilities could be better and giving us the option to adjust multiple invoices at once (for example when we want to change fee amounts or timing) would be helpful. Had it not been for the email support I think it would have been much more difficult. Pros The support staff. Any time I have an issue or need to figure something out on the back end, the response time is phenomenal and always helpful. Cons I find there is a lot on the back end - too many layers of things to get through for some settings and things to set up for the registration process.
