We are getting great responses from our followers about our page and our doggies are happy about a better chance to find a home. Finally we have a nicely organized album of all the adoptable dogs. Pros It was difficult for me to believe I could make my own web page in a matter of days but Ucraft is very user friendly and they have an amazing support team. They answered all my questions in a few minutes and the overall process of making the webpage was very smooth. I would encourage everyone to give it a try. Cons I haven't really encountered any downsides yet. I am not especially attached to this company at all, it has caused me more problems than it’s solved. Pros Not a bad platform. The website builder is a bit finicky but mostly easy to figure out. Drag and drop options make it simple. Nice gallery options. Customer service is good. Cons Inability to write my own code. How everything is partitioned - need to go elsewhere to do SEO. No mobile edit. No mobile upload. Cannot edit or do anything on mobile at all - which is how I spend most of my time. I really dislike how I can’t go back to a free site after the free trial is over. Not cool. All the templates and site features are geared toward online retailers. There is not enough option for non merchant businesses. The banners are awful and don’t go away even after you have paid for the upgrade. Review Source JB John B. June 13, 2020 5.0 Being a small business owner, I understand the patience, empathy, and effort that goes into taking care of my clients. The Ucraft team was unbelievably courteous, responsive (lightening fast!), and knowledgable about EVERY nuance I encountered while building my website. Specifically, I dealt with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who not only answered (and solved) all of my questions but did it with unbelievable speed and clarity when it came to instructions. Ucraft should hang their hat on how GREAT their customer support staff really is. Its too bad not every company can provide such a stellar service. Bravo Ucraft!!!! (and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]). Pros Website builders (generally) are not easy to use for the novice such as I, but Ucraft did an excellent job making the interface as simple to use as possible with the "drag and drop" menus with simple graphic icons. Cons I wish there was a way to place text or a graphic literally anywhere you want on the screen as opposed to predetermined snap locations and top-middle-bottom alignment limitations. I was confused on a few things and had to write them several times throughout building the website. They answered every time quickly and were very patienct with me. Pros I picked Ucraft because the design seemed more modern than a lot of other website builders. It looks much nicer than my old website. Pros Great site builder, easy editor, great images. Excellent customer service even with free account. I had multiple chats with different people on a complicated domain name transfer issue and they really persevered in getting it successfully completed where many companies would have given up on a person with a free account and complex issue but they didn't I give them the highest possible rating and will recommend them highly to business contact, family and friends and everyone else interested in site building. Cons Nothing to dislike. Excellent customer service Reason for choosing Ucraft It looked like had everything I wanted and bonus of it allows you to attache a custom domain to your site for free. I don't know of any other site builder that does that on a free plan- usually you need to purchase a paid plan . Of course you still do have to purchase a domain either through ucraft or from a third party domain name provider. March 22, 2019 5.0 I’ve done tons of research on the top website generators and hands down ucraft’s reputation preceeds it. I can’t express enough of how valuable this site is to me and ucraft has harnessed my endeavors and that’s all I can ask from a website generator and more. Pros I loved the free stocks to enhance my site. I loved the ease of getting started and I loved the customer support! Cons I did not like the persistent presence of the “upgrade” option. And they have chat support which is really good if you are encountering problems they can easily fix it. Pros The software allows you to create a very nice looking site and link it to a domain with the free version. Cons The content is somewhat limited with the free version, and there are many things you cannot do (i.e. integrate an article into the web page).
