Positive. Made emails much stronger and enables us to integrate other offering into our delivery package - such as surveys and data capture forms/competitions

Pros

Built in builder is sophisticated. And being able to link database fields in the forms elements is great for database enrichment and collecting new data.

Cons

Sometimes it is a bit frustrating having to go back and next so many times when testing, changing and setting up a send

Fantastic, been my go to for email campaigns for year, only reservation is really the integrations setup that could be easier.

Pros

Campaigns management, easy to organize; their internal drag-and-drop systems is a game changer for quick emails, also the email tags management is brilliant

Cons

Integrations could be easier, as they are not easy to setup without using their API, unlike other similar platforms
