Its really good

Pros

I like the automation of workflows and the simple UI provided with BI which can be used to extract different reports for analysis

Cons

Couple of more API's should be provided to integrate with other tools like microsoft teams etc.,

This software offers solutions for time and attendance, employee self service, payroll management, training management, etc. It is really easy to use and suitable for all my needs.

Cons

This product is vast, the roles and responsibilities can be altered based on the designation of the employees.

As per my experience it is easy to use, there is no complication to handle it. Organised various segments in which you can perform your own customize report

Pros

1) The cloud base tool , allocate space as per the price. 2) You can customize the HRMS tool as per your organization need. 3) You can put your label and brand of your company.

Cons

1) The are setup on which framework it is important, if it is the PHP or symphony. you have to hire those person for setting it up. 2) I believe that the data security is the major concern, if you use some cheap tools. Anybody can breach the security

Pros

The look and feel of the software . Ther are no other pros . Everything else is a waste . Total waste . Please don't buy .

Cons

Functionally a very bad software. The basic payroll system is faulty. Horrible experience. We have been trying to fully implement it. I don't think it will ever happen.

Pros

HR solutions come with affordable subscription plans, you get unmatched scalability. Choose and update the plan as your business grows.

Cons

Its not a web based software. The only way to have access to HR software was for the software to be installed on computers or servers at the organization's office.
