Pros

We love the poynt terminal And how Moolah has made it bridge with our practice management software. Seamless and easy. I love the fixed transaction fees.

Cons

The charge for virtual terminal, wish that was included.

Overall great! I really love how hands on they are about customer service. Making sure that I’m all set up properly.

Pros

It’s user friendly, if I have an issue there are prompts to help me troubleshoot without having to call the corporate office every time. I’m able to connect it my Mangomint app which helps me with my booking system and is also going to allow me to have multi users on one account when I grow my business.

Cons

At first I didn’t like that the terminal was so small and didn’t stand up but now I’m realizing that the design is more useful than those other stand up touch screens. It’s easier on my hands and it’s a space saver.

There are more options on this terminal. I have a membership options for my clients and this terminal allows me to utilize that.

Tremendous help in speeding up flow of the office. We can take payment anywhere and get our patient on their way without making them stand in a checkout line.

Pros

Smooth Integration into my Open Dental Software. Clients can see the payment info on the large screen and know what they are signing.

Cons

Would love to be able to move the Poynt payment terminal from chair to chair in my dental office so we can pay in each room. At this time we have to have a Poynt terminal at each computer.
