I am subscribed to the Pro plan and when I accidentally click a feature that is only available to unlimited, the ads popup. Also, there in-chat games are hilarious and super fun. Cons I did not enjoy the interface at all. It was hard for me to use. October 13, 2016 5.0 used several solutions before sticking to Crisp. First, the chat widget looks nice but more importantly their dashboard (to talk with customers) is one of the easiest to use. I have 2 guys behind it at AutoUp. They never had trouble to manage the requests that my customers had. Keep pushing guys. Pros As I said before, it is easy-to-use. Cons I think they should make plugins more visible. Took me three weeks to discover that they were here. Love the one for Slack BTW. The team is friendly and very helpful. CONS: You have to pay if you want to use the Slack plugin. RECOMMENDATIONS TO OTHER BUYERS: If you cannot afford the pro features, ask for a discount.
