There is a potential to use the staffing capabilities more which include tracking trainings, schedules and certifications. My most recent "win" was adding a voicemail attachment to a residents chart so all staff could hear the message or refer back to it - meaning all files can be uploaded not just your standard .pdf, .jpg, but all files including .mp4. Pros The software is very user friendly whether your passing medications or inputting administrative information. Most of the program is very organized and the calendar on the main dashboard very helpful to keep everyone organized who uses the program within the company. Integrating all our existing residents into Tabual Pro was done manual, but that was mostly because the previous EMar did not export. Cons The only complaint, is that the reports will only generate in PDF form. I have talked to the developers about getting an option for .xls or .doc, so the information can be manipulated into lists easier, but we work with what we have. For example, falls, this allows me to see the time and what happened and how we may be able to prevent future incidents.
