Cons The layout is a bit funky and it could use an upgrade on visual appearance. I also wish it were easier to export data to excel. The ease of access, the calendars that tell us what to do, and how easy it is to update contacts. The more I learn the more I love! Cons The only thing I find that is annoying when you download an insurance card if it is not a JPG. it does not show on the face sheet. Rather than having to update each form individually, this program pulls information straight from the residents' profiles and syncs it onto the state forms. TabulaPro is a huge time-saver and allows for simple consistency throughout records. Cons There are so many different modules it is hard to remember where to find each one. For example, falls, this allows me to see the time and what happened and how we may be able to prevent future incidents. Pros I like that it give me a complete overview of the incident that happened in the community. Cons I find the software is user friendly and easy to use. Pros I love that everything is so easy to follow, and understand even when starting out. They have everything setup to where its grouped by time and the layout is changeable to the facility preferences. AMAZING TOOL Cons NOTHING at all it is an amazing website. Pros The Daily Note and Comm Log is very handy. I like that everything is a click away. The customer service is excellent and almost any suggestion you make they customize the application for that desire and also release it to other communities to use if needed. They are very pro user! Cons The only thing I can say is that if facilities don't offer training to staff then the applications are not used to its fullest potential. So maybe expressing to facilities that tutorials should be mandatory for managers who can then translate functions to staff. Example: i wanted a wound document tracker , and they worked with me to develop it. We are trialing it now and will tweak if necessary. They are always on the ball with fixing any issues, professional and great customer service. Cons No issues at this time. June 26, 2018 5.0 Myself and employees are able to stay organized. My favorite part is that it is web based, so I can login at any time to ensure meds are being passed timely, etc. Pros Simplicity. It is user friendly. The customer support is ALWAYS prompt to respond, resolves any issues that come up and they do it with a friendly attitude. My favorite part is that I was able to add my customized forms to the system for use. Cons I look forward to new, innovative features coming out! Cons Tabula Pro assessments like RASP's do not always print the way I want them to. For example, when I have N/A in a section, it will print out blank in that particular section. Used the software for: ### "Tabula Pro is a life saver" November 10, 2016 5.0 I have used this program for the past 3 years. It was never as important to the operation of our facility as this past month. On October 28th a flash flood hit Eagle Valley Personal Care Home requiring immediate evacuation of 50 residents. The emergency evacuation plan was put into place. The one area we did not need to worry about was access to records. All administrative staff could access the records via our phones and tablets. We had access to the medication records, contacts, RASP, etc. The ability to assign multiple people to call family members from their mobile device while at our evacuation location was essential to maintaining open lines of communication. We were able to document in real time, esp. who was leaving with family, or being sent to alternative locations. Medication management continued as scheduled without a missed dose. All of this was done without hardship as a result of this program. The emergency evacuation site allowed us access to their wifi and printers so that face sheets and medication records would be printed and sent with families and designated people. Finally Tabula allowed us access to all of our employee files, so that we could call additional staff with ease. I hope no one else has to face a situation like this, but if you do, you won't be disappointed in Tabula. Review Source JT Joanne T. I have to enter a lot of information when residents first come to us and it is very cut and dry and everything I need to answer is programmed into tabula pro.
