Pros

It takes information from other systems and rebrands it. For somethings this is good but for others not so much If this one system could do everything that was needed in a facility it would make much more sense

Cons

pulling from other sodtware instead of having its own input or not listing meds at all

I not only fell head over heels for this system but was able to share it with my upper management team who in turn now utilize it for our sister communities. User friendly with capabilities beyond our expectations! Five star all the way!

Pros

Having all the information in one place of course is so convenient. I can usually find what I need. I do not use it all the time, so having it organized is important .

Cons

Sometimes I think it is hard to find a specific thing. It could be a little more user friendly to us not so savvy tabula users.

Pros

I really did like how everything was organized separately. So every little individual thing had it's own page. This helps me as a prior nursing home employee put in very specific records.

Cons

I think I liked how confusing it was to find things, although I did like how there is different pages/sections for everything. I think making it easier to navigate would help make the process of using this program quicker.

Pros

Tabula gives our business the confidence-building benefit of a humanizing touch. Representative met our needs. It was so nice to speak to a real person every time we called with a question.

Cons

Wish the PCA, CNA just had access to utilize the ADL tracker ONLY and instead of checking each box just one click would track what they do. Could be more efficient.

Tabula Pro is very easy to use and learn. I like how many features there are and how responsive the team is to questions or issues.

Cons

There are small glitches sometimes, like I you open a form while editing another one, the system will sometimes get confused about which form you are in.

It saves a ton of time. There is also a lot less stress.

Pros

Easily tracks and maintains documentation which has to be completed annually. The dashboard calendar relays all necessary paperwork that needs to be completed by a certain date. The amount of time this program saves in the tracking and monitoring of paperwork is unbelievable.

Cons

I don't have any cons to post at this time. If I have a problem it is addressed immediately. This program will save you tons of stress and time.

I have had great experiences with the system as a whole. One of the greatest aspects of the system is the willingness and ability of the company to customize the software to meet your needs. Great customer support as well!

That the software is designed to meet your state’s regulations.

Cons

The software has many valuable components to making sure you are in compliance with your state’s documentation. However, it can be confusing or take significant time to learn how to navigate this system with so many components.

Pros

Once the information is inserted it very simple to obtain various groups. If I am looking for which residents are diabetic it is as simple as clicking one button and i have a complete list. I can easily find doctors, contacts, and any needed information

Cons

I cannot say anything bad about this system. It makes the transition to digital easy . The support staff helps make any difficulties I may have simple to solve.

Pros

It will allow us to spend less time year-over-year in having to complete forms from scratch. The system is user friendly. The calendar feature with reminders is perfect for our Team to communicate with one another in advance to ensure we are on top of what's to come each month.

Cons

The data entry of resident information can be time consuming, but we know the benefits far outweigh the pain!
