After a few minor bumps early on, we got everything working exactly as we desired. The product works very reliably, and when there is an issue, the support team is quick to respond to your ticket. Pros It creates a seamless data environment by bi-directionally syncing our CRM and ERP systems. This allows for automation of order booking and customer profile creation and eliminates a ton of redundant data entry and chance for errors. Cons Some of the configuration early on was difficult, partially because of the technical asks from our side.
