The overall experience has been good. After a few minor bumps early on, we got everything working exactly as we desired. The product works very reliably, and when there is an issue, the support team is quick to respond to your ticket.

Pros

It creates a seamless data environment by bi-directionally syncing our CRM and ERP systems. This allows for automation of order booking and customer profile creation and eliminates a ton of redundant data entry and chance for errors.

Cons

Some of the configuration early on was difficult, partially because of the technical asks from our side. Working with the CRM->ERP team proved to be more difficult - understanding that it is the more complicated direction. Make sure your organization has someone with knowledge of your data environment.

The implementation was quick and simple. All of the data that we requested to sync has been connected.

Pros

It has been a positive change for our business. The best feature is the real-time visibility it gives us into our ERP data directly within Salesforce. The hourly sync ensures our sales and customer service teams always have access to the most current information on invoices, customer accounts, and order history without having to switch between systems. It has improved our workflow efficiency and strengthened collaboration between departments.

Cons

I dislike that they charge per user, rather than per amount of data being synced. The cost will increase as my user count increases, however I feel that we should be charged as our data increases.

### "Read The Terms Before Proceeding"

Overall extremely negative. The onboarding is lengthy and bizarre. While their communication is timely, their overall concern for their customer and level of customer service is poor.

Pros

Software appears to work, but is time consuming to integrate. We have an unpopular ERP system, and perhaps that is part of the issue.

Cons

They do not care about the customer, only getting their money. Read your terms thoroughly before proceeding. Their onboarding process involves animated characters describing the process. Might be helpful to some, but my IT manager thought the whole process was so unusual he asked if we should stop earlier on. I wish I listened to him. Now we're locked into an expensive one-year contract they will not let me out of even with understandable reason.

We needed a solution to link our ERP system with our CRM for real-time syncing of opportunities and sales orders, and Commercient proved to be the perfect fit. Vicky from the team truly stood out, guiding us expertly through the setup and onboarding process. I would recommend Commercient for their reasonable pricing and the extensive customizations they offer to meet specific needs.

It could sometimes be faster in syncing new products and sales orders to our CRM but otherwise it works well.

We have appreciated their ability to create an API between out ERP and CRM allowing for there to be data transfers that there have never been. They have also been able to make later modifications based on changes in requirements.

Cons

We had challenges hearing responses from their team and would typically require multiple times reaching out through multiple different methods to get a response/ update on their status. I am also not a huge fan of their ticketing system.

Our order entry process needed a boost in efficiency and a reduction in manual entry errors, and Commercient delivered by setting up a synchronization system between our Shopify platform and our Syspro ERP system. The Commercient team, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] , were incredibly helpful throughout the process. I would recommend Commercient to anyone because they are able to familiarize themselves with your systems and synchronize them seamlessly, showing great patience and expertise throughout the process.

There were some delays due to licensing issues with certain required modules that were not included in the original scope.

Their service and support team were responsive and always ready to assist during the entire integration process and beyond. I would recommend Commercient because their sync works superbly, providing an essential function that ensures our CRM has the necessary data our sales team needs.

initial sync took a long time, sometimes the tool shutsdown and requires restarting the application.

Without Commercient Syncs the business would be at risk with transferring information from one system to another. This could be time delayed and opens us up to risks of errors. It is critical that they sync is accurate and reliable to ensure our data is transferred correctly. It saves us time and is efficient.

Pros

Commercient Sync allows seamless transfer of data between our CRM and Accounting software. no need for manual communication, it reduces risk of errors, is accurate and time efficient and reliable.

Cons

If there is a failed or unsuccessful sync for any reason we have to wait until the next day to sync the item again.

Pros

SYNC, we were told, was capable of connecting a wide range of ERP and accounting-type systems to CRMs, one of the most popular being Salesforce. Commercient did indeed deliver on this front. We are bringing over a massive amount of data as accounts, sales orders, and products. Commercient was very patient with us as we worked through our desired outcomes and the best path to achieve them. Specifically, the Commercient representative we worked with was very diligent in learning more about the JDE E1 back-end tables to help determine how E1’s data is structured and how it should be loaded.Post Go-Live, Commercient has been very responsive to any inquiries and/or issues we have encountered and quickly resolved them. Overall, the Commercient SYNC solution has saved us a lot of time and improved our success rate in getting the needed data into Salesforce. Though implementation was no doubt complex and required a lot of communication and trust between our team and theirs, the results have been well worth it.

Cons

Because we do have the technical expertise in-house, it has been frustrating at times that we are reliant on a third-party to maintain our integration, make changes, etc. Commercient, however, has always been quick to respond, which we appreciate. The SYNC tool also created a lot of unnecessary/unused objects in Salesforce for other ERPs they help to integrate into Salesforce, but that we do not use. From a back-end/system administrator perspective, I have not liked all of the superfluous objects littering my objects listing.

### "Instrumental Sync for Sage X3 and Salesforce users!"

We migrated from Sage 100 to X3 in 2018. Sage X3 can be very complex and difficult to build reports to get the sales data we need. I initially stumbled on Commercient when looking for a solution to integrate our ERP with Salesforce. Safe to say, we have no regrets. Commercient has been instrumental to merging data from X3 to Salesforce. We've built detailed sales reports and living dashboards so our sales team can keep track of order entry, purchase orders to our suppliers, invoices, payments, and commissions on a day to day basis. Using Salesforce standard reports, we've been able to track historical data and better monitor historical sales trends for each salesperson, region, and companywide on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. We are currently working to sync X3 Projects and build out a custom project management & budget tracking tools in Salesforce by leveraging the near real time data captured from X3. We've had a few minor issues along the way, but nothing that couldn't be address and/or resolve timely. For an integration software company, Commercient's rates are very reasonable, their support is phenomenal, and the results achieved through their sync have well surpassed our initial expectations.

Pros

We were most attracted to the idea of leveraging near real time data to build custom dashboards and reports to monitor business development and growth. Commercient was one of the first companies I found and the initial integration/deployment was handled very professionally and timely.

Cons

There wasn't (and still isn't) anything that comes to mind for cons. Their product and support have been superb!

As a small business we don’t have our own IT team so rely strongly on Commercient for any technical queries we have. We are now synchronizing our ERP (Netsuite) data regularly with Salesforce allowing our senior managers to have real-time data to make key strategic decisions. It has also saved our time to generate comprehensive reports for nearly all the functions of the business. We are already in the discussion to roll out another project with Commercient shortly. Their customer service is great with a quick response. Any issues that came up were solved quickly

Our project took just little bit longer than it was supposed to, but in the end, all turned out well.

Pros

We enjoy not having the need to enter duplicate data in two software platforms

Cons

It did take some time to work out precisely what kind of syncing frequency we needed but reps accepted our feedback and came up with solutions to resolved these problems quickly.
