Both the commercial and support teams have been very helpful as we needed to make some changes to the tables that are synced.

Pros

Once configured, it works smoothly and can easily be amended to optimise the data that is synced

Cons

The management web interface can be a little slow to work with.

Reason for choosing Commercient SYNC

Commercient is a much better price point for what we needed.

\[sensitive content hidden\] on the Phase 1 Application team made all of the difference for our integration success. He was very helpful and made sure all of my questions and requests were answered and met.

Pros

I came into this not knowing much about integrating an ERP to CRM. The process was pretty difficult to understand in the beginning, but once I was paired with the Phase 1 Application team (\[sensitive content hidden\] ) he explained everything in a clear, helpful way. The software syncs all of our Sage 100 information over to HubSpot which is extremely helpful for our marketing, sales, and reporting purposes.

Cons

The integration process was not easy, rather long and tedious. But we were able to get it all done.

Pros

Commercient has been stellar on the technical side as well as the customer support side when migrating our Quickbooks data to Salesforce. I've enjoyed working with the Commercient team, they've been friendly, helpful, and communicated great. I recommend you work with Commercient!

Cons

Truthfully there were no downsides, it was a great experience overall!

With Commercient Sync, I have been able to increase my efficiency as a sales rep by reducing the amount of time I have to spend doing data entry and double checking accuracy.

Pros

I like how commercient removes the need for double data entry between our ERP and CRM systems.

Cons

In a perfect world, It would be nice to have the data sync happen in real-time, but that is not currently an option with any sync company

We love that this software syncs our ERP with our CRM twice daily and keeps us up to date!

Cons

There is a learning curve at the beginning, but once you get familiar with everything, it's pretty straight forward.

Pros

Reduced resource hours immensely. Provided our sales people with a view of our orders and product prices. The engineer / tech person we worked with was wonderful. Always on top of our requests.

Cons

The implementation process was not the greatest. Our sales rep and onboarding member where not much of help.

Commercient took our data from Sage 100 and imported it to Salesforce where we can easily find what we need.

Cons

The sync is not fast and could take up to 30mins for new data to show up in Salesforce.

Everyone here has been extremely helpful. After multiple efforts with other Salesforce consultants... this was by far the easiest and the best result.

Pros

TO be able to push data from our ERP software to the sales cloud has helped us understand how we can use the sales cloud even better.

Cons

The billing is a little unclear. I wish we could see exactly what we are buying each month.

The overall experience has been a positive one, with a thorough approach taken to meet our project requirements.

Pros

Commercient has helped us link our Sage50 accounting software to our Zoho One CRM package with relative ease. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the intergation for anyone who is looking for a link between these applications. The support provided has been top tier, we cannot ask for much more.

Cons

The fact that Sage50 doesn't integrate out of the box... not a commercient related issue however.

Very happy with the service, it is almost immediate.

Pros

We needed to get our ERP to speak back and forth to our new CRM ZOHO. This software does exactly that. I have no technical knowledge on how it does that, Commercient takes car of it 100%.

Cons

There has been no issues at all. Simple little challenges were handled immediately and I have had no issues.

Reason for choosing Commercient SYNC

They were the company recommended from ZOHO.

Commercient cloud provides a place for data you intend to sync without having to create your own data middleware.

Cons

Time zone constraints and multiple Commercient teams were a challenge which impacted time to delivery.

We preferred to not create a custom solution due to ongoing management of the environment.

The project started out a little slow. However, they then assigned \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] to our account setup and things went great after that. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] took his time and helped me understand the program in much more detail and kept things moving along at the same time. Highly recommend.

Will reduce double entries from our Accounting Software to our CRM software. Also will allow us to make report easier using our CRM

The different fees assigned depending on how often you sync.

We use the Commercient sync from Sage ERP to Salesforce and are very happy with the results. Commercient's implementation team worked with ours to ensure our requirements were understood then took care of the rest of the process themselves. After the sync, the support team was very helpful in making adjustments to the sync as requested in a timely manner. This sync will help us to leverage Salesforce and our ERP data to ensure our reps have what they need to succeed!

Pros

The seamless data sync between our ERP and CRM systems.

Cons

Have to go through customer support to make adjustments the sync.

Contacted Commercient to help integrate our ERP with the LeanKit production management software, took a couple months but we're able to have new production cards created very soon after a sales order is entered. What took 30 minutes for 20 cards, had turned into 30 seconds after a sales order created to move it to the correct place in the production software! It frees up a lot of time for our production management team to take care of their other duties.

Pros

This software really helped cut down on time it takes to get new orders to our production software

Cons

We haven't had any issues with the software so far
