### "Affordable and Reliable Way to Connect CRM and ERP Data"

We have enjoyed our CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Sage) integration thus far. It has saved time for our customer service and sales team while giving our executive management the ability to see comprehensive reports for nearly all functions of the business inside one system.

Pros

Commercient is very affordable and can accomodate any and all tables/objects passing back and forth between a CRM and ERP. They have many different possibilities when it comes to sync time and how to pass information (one-to-one, one-to-many, etc.)

Cons

The estimated development/implementation time is vastly understated. Our project took far longer than it was supposed to, but in the end, all turned out well.

It helps eliminate the re-entry of sales information that has already been completed by the sales team. It also reduces the liklihood of mistakes because it is coming straight from

Pros

It cut down on the number of items that must be entered when transferring sales information from our CRM system (Hubspot) to our ERP system (NetSuite).

Cons

It is sometimes hard to tell what will cause the syncs to fail. We don't have a guidebook on what not to do as since I was not the individual to set up the sync initially it can be difficult to know what effects changes to our system will have on the Sync.

Reason for choosing Commercient SYNC

Price was a large part of our choice. Because they offered a solution that solved the one problem we were having, rather than a lot of problems that weren't actually an issue for us, we were able to save a lot of money and cut down on the complexity.

They are great, really listen to your needs, will explain fully what they are doing every step of the way, and if there are any problems they will work with you to resolve it.

Pros

The product and integration was very simple. They worked alongside our team to make sure we could understand what was going on at all times. If we do have a question or concern, they are on top of it and will reach out to us quickly.

No negatives or improvements needed at the moment

I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism and their continuous outreach to make sure things are working as we expect.

Pros

To be honest, I don't deal much with the physical software but the fact that their sync tool does what it does reliably and at the times it is scheduled makes my life a whole lot easier.

Cons

I can't think of any real drawbacks to the system. It has performed reliably since the day we employed the tool.

This was recommended to us through our third party developer for our Salesforce instance. Having no experience in this realm we relied on our consultants experience and, to date, have not been disappointed

Excellent customer service. Team was committed to our success and that fact was evident to me and my client.

Pros

Easy connection to an antiquated, on-prem ERP solution. SYNC gave us the line of site we needed to drive revenue and enhance customer service. We pushed data 4x a day (one way sync) from the ERP to Salesforce. This gave the entire company real-time updates on the status of sales, manufacturing, customer service.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say.

Commercient has been stellar on the technical side as well as the customer support side when migrating our Quickbooks data to Salesforce. I've enjoyed working with the Commercient team, they've been friendly, helpful, and communicated great. I recommend you work with Commercient!

UPD: 3 years later, we are giving our sales people tools to better quote products, find opportunities via sales data and answer customer historical sales questions, all in the field. This is all due to our ability to sync our ERP data with our CRM.

Perfect integration solution and superior customer service

Pros

We use the Commercient app to Sync Sage X3 to Salesforce. With a highly customized ERP system we were uncertain if we could realize the full potential of Salesforce. The Commercient team proved us wrong. Whilst there have been some challenges in the initial setup, the Commercient team have been responsive, solutions focused and their attention to detail is second to none. From syncing custom fields and creating custom objects in Salesforce the Commercient team have been able to provide the perfect solutions for data transfer. As we increase our use of Salesforce, we will continue to rely on Commercient for our integration needs.

We use Commercient to Sync our Sage 50 accounts to Salesforce which enables Salesforce to run in real time enabling our Production team to keep a close eye on project costs recorded in Sage. We have recently enabled phase 2 which is still under development, we are looking forward to the benefits this will bring once up and running.

The ease of how it sync's in the background

Cons

Updates in the accounts software mean the sync no longer works and requires upgrading

### "Salesforce Integration with NetSuite "

Pros

We are now synchronizing our ERP (Netsuite) data regularly with Salesforce allowing our senior managers to have real-time data to make key strategic decisions. It has also saved our time to generate comprehensive reports for nearly all the functions of the business. We are already in the discussion to roll out another project with Commercient shortly. Their customer service is great with a quick response. Any issues that came up were solved quickly

Cons

Our project took just little bit longer than it was supposed to, but in the end, all turned out well.

Very good contact with their team, I was always able to reach someone when needed. I wish they had a local team in Quebec though.

Pros

Allows our reps and teams on the road to have a 360degree view of the customers, they can report on forecasts and quotas vs YTD now thanks to the sync agent from Commercient to Salesforce. This has been a game changer in data management and data accessibility.

Cons

It requires a good knowledge of both the ERP and the CRM.

Having Commercient handle the sync of our data between our CRM software Zendesk Sell and Sage ERM has helped us to be more efficient in tracking and managing our customers and leads.

Pros

We enjoy not having the need to enter duplicate data in two software platforms

Cons

It did take some time to work out precisely what kind of syncing frequency we needed but reps accepted our feedback and came up with solutions to resolved these problems quickly.

### "Sage100 Sync to SFDC"

Pros

The capabilities to view and manipulate data for reporting purposes.

Cons

The biggest problem we have with this software is that there is a data dump of all of the potential ERP's and their fields populated into Salesforce. So when pulling reports, we find it difficult to determine the exact field to get the accurate data.

They were one of the few that offered Sage100 Sync, and they had the most positive reviews.

As the Salesforce admin at my organization, I was heavily involved in the selection, implementation, and optimization of the sync specifications from our ERP to our Salesforce instance.

Pros

Commercient provided the exact needs we were looking for while remianing both cost effective and user-friendly. I cannot highly enough of the excellent customer service we receive.

Cons

I have not encountered any significant drawbacks.

Commercient was able to create a customized synchronization from Epicor, our ERP system, to our Salesforce org allowing our various teams access to customer demographics, sales orders, and invoices, as well as the creation of custom reporting and dashboards. The customer service we receive is timely, accurate, and flexible allowing our organization to easily make adjustments on the fly and remain agile.

Customer Service is excellent and all issues were addressed in a timely manner and the team is very willing to explain the issues and help us get on the right path.

We were not informed when there was an upgrade on their end and our sync was broken. But this is fixed by the Support Team in a timely manner

The sync has matched all of the data to be the same in our ERP and CRM. It has cut out data entry that we previously had to do making the process smoother and faster.

Pros

It makes data entry synchronization seamless across our CRM and ERM system.

Cons

It took a bit long to get the sync configured and operational to our liking. It only syncs unpaid invoices to our CRM from our ERP currently and it would be great if paid invoices also synced.

We were in the process of setting up our first CRM and Commercient was very helpful when working with us to fine tune things during the initial set up. Every time we have needed to make adjustments, they have been there to help us get it done quickly and accurately.

Pros

Commercient can sync QuickBooks Desktop to HubSpot which was so helpful because a lot of other solutions out there only worked with the online version of QuickBooks.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about the Commercient QuickBooks SYNC.
