### "Excellent solution to synch Sage and Salesforce"

The data that is imported daily into Salesforce has resulted in an abundance of data being easily accessible for our sales and manufacturing teams. A great solution for our long standing data analytic issues.

Pros

Commercient was recommended to my company for synching Sage and Salesforce. First of all, I am highly pleased with the results as on a daily basis the operation performs seamlessly. Secondly, the education, coordination, and execution of the initial setup process was made easy. Lastly, the overall communication from Commercient and follow up calls are excellent.

Cons

At this point, my company is very satisfied with Commercient. There are definitely going to be issues to work through as each company is different, however, the Commercient team was very supportive and able to move us through any issues very efficiently.

Customer Service is excellent and all issues were addressed in a timely manner and the team is very willing to explain the issues and help us get on the right path.

Cons

We were not informed when there was an upgrade on their end and our sync was broken. But this is fixed by the Support Team in a timely manner

The sync has matched all of the data to be the same in our ERP and CRM. It has cut out data entry that we previously had to do making the process smoother and faster.

Pros

It makes data entry synchronization seamless across our CRM and ERM system.

Cons

It took a bit long to get the sync configured and operational to our liking. It only syncs unpaid invoices to our CRM from our ERP currently and it would be great if paid invoices also synced.

We were in the process of setting up our first CRM and Commercient was very helpful when working with us to fine tune things during the initial set up. Every time we have needed to make adjustments, they have been there to help us get it done quickly and accurately.

Pros

Commercient can sync QuickBooks Desktop to HubSpot which was so helpful because a lot of other solutions out there only worked with the online version of QuickBooks.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about the Commercient QuickBooks SYNC.

Pros

It lets us sync our data between Salesforce and our ERP to make the most out of our data. Commercient has helped us with increasing sync times and speed for us to be able to operate batter. Because of how well it is working we are looking to add new modules to Salesforce to improve all communication with our clients and we will be using Commercient for the sync.

Cons

The initial set up was a little complicated due to the time difference us and the set up team but once we figured out the best times to reach each other it was all smooth sailing.

Pros

Their customer support after implementation, we typically get an answer within 24 hours from the same team that implemented us and know our databases.

Cons

The implementation was a bit longer than we expected as we had a lot of preparation to do to identify our databases and conditions to import / update / delete the data.

It has been good, it has worked very well since it was implemented a few years back.

Pros

We initially set up Commercient to sync Sage 100 to Salesforce, after the initial set up it has worked very well. We've had very few hiccups and the company has provided quick response to inquiries.

Cons

We used the software to connect Sage 100 to Salesforce, it works as intended so there isn't any negative side.

Pros

It works in the background and it just does it without any input from me.

Cons

I think their support is expensive and should be free while paying them for their services. Its a total rip off when something happens and they tell you a reconnect fee is $1100.

Pros

Commercient was a recommended vendor by Salesforce. We decided to go with their services because they were very personable and seemed organized and professional. Their program allowed us to sync our local sap system to Salesforce, which allowed that information to be easily accessible by our entire team from the cloud. We're very happy with the solution because it has allowed us to do a lot more with our data.

Cons

The initial set up is a bit costly, but not unreasonable.

Overall, I am pleased.

Pros

We needed a better way to dig into our accounting data with Sage 100 Contractor and this Commercient sync agent is helping us get there. We have just completed the Phase 1 sync process and are currently working through developing the reports and dashboards to help us understand all of the data that is coming over, but the entire time that we were getting the back-end sync set up, the Commercient team was very patient and helpful.

Cons

It would be helpful if there were a set of reports and dashboards that were already developed for Salesforce that could be downloaded. We have the data coming into Salesforce from Sage 100 Contractor, now we are having to spend another $10,000 to activate on that data.

Reason for choosing Commercient SYNC

Price and their promise that they have worked with Sage 100 Contractor, as many other companies out there have never even heard of this version.

Pros

We've been using Commercient to sync our data between EPICOR ERP 10 and Salesforce since 2017. It seamlessly sync's our ERP data (customers, products, invoices, etc.) to Salesforce. For us, it really was set it and forget it. After the initial set up, the information syncs effortlessly.

Cons

The duplication tools (account matching) could be better.

Removed many menial tasks previously needed to be completed by a user. Now it is more automated and provides a smoother experience for our users. It has helped provide us with a greater picture of our data and greater insight to our invoices than previously thought.

When I joined the team, Commercient was just being adopted to sync our ERP and CRM, the former being Acumatica and the latter being Salesforce. They have been very easy to work with and respond quickly to help tickets, often within no more than a couple of hours. We required some custom development which was managed with care. We have bidirectional syncing. Hopefully they'll be able to handle our more complex requests in the near future.

Pros

I like the ease of use. Once it was setup, it needs little to no attending to.

Cons

I hope it will evolve to become even more customizable than it already is.

Pros

We found that most QuickBooks integrations for HubSpot only worked with the web version, so we were at a loss for how to get the systems talking. The Commercient sync filled that niche perfectly and allowed use to set up logic to exclude certain line items (like shipping or taxes) from the amounts we sync back to HubSpot.

Cons

Commercient is very rigid in it's processes and the pricing structure means you get somewhat less than you would expect.

We were very happy to find that Commercient could provide us the solution to be able to sync our ERP and CRM softwares. The Commercient team was very supportive in guiding us to get the correct data synced between both.Once we had the set up planned, they were able to execute it in a timely manner. Their internal communication and follow up systems has been great from their team and they were willing to help us with any changes and/or updates.

Cons

No complaints so far! Its been a turn key solution for us.

### "I cant believe they are in business"

Pros

The promises, they were supposed to integrate our Magento ecommerce website with our Sage 300 erp.

Cons

They did not deliver, they could not even complete the integration. They made mistakes and tried to charge us more for them. The lack of communication from our account manager is completely unacceptable. I really dont know how they have gotten such good reviews on this site, my companies experience has been terrible, and it appears we are going to have to scrap the project with them and lose our investment.
