"Core software for our project planner"
Overall: It is a good product and we are very happy with this software. Recommended.
Pros: Despite experimenting with many other technologies, Social Shared was the clear winner. Staff and customers know they are in charge of their schedules, and work from home employees will appreciate Tracker. It has had a significant impact on our project management practices. As a result, we've been able to create confidence with our clients and strengthen our connection through time monitoring.
Cons: We use only a tiny portion of the tool's capabilities. We'll eventually figure out how to use the balance of those, but until then, you run the danger of being content with only using a portion of the enormous array of options available. If you haven't seen anything like this, you could have trouble understanding it.

Pros: We are a technological company and have now been using the Social Shared Tracker for five months. Note that we have experienced the benefits right away. Now we are able to track the exact time invested by our teams in our projects and are able to detect the deviations between budgeted hours and effective hours used. Since we employ resources externally, with the Social Shared Tracker we keep the hours we are invoiced for under control. Also, with our customers we have gained absolute transparency and have avoided any misunderstandings related to the hours we charge them for. At first our employees took it as a tighter control measure on them, but over time they realized that it gives them more flexibility and allows them to work from home.
Cons: Actually, we have not yet spotted anything we are not satisfied with. From now on we will continue testing other features that I hope will not disappoint us. It may be that at first we were a little intimidated with the Tracker, as if they controlled us but we have found that it is an excellent way of helping and managing our time.

Pros: The tool is impressive. Our team used to work with different tools but none really provided tangible advantages. With four different premises spread out around the country, our company needed a powerful system of communication and share of info and documentation. Really easy to use and immensely useful for project management and for general management control, as it acts as a balanced score card itself.
Cons: We use just a reduced range of utilities of the tool. Surely we'll learn how to use the rest of them, but you take the risk of resigning yourself with just a partial use of such a vast range of possibilities.

Pros: We have tried a lot of tools but Social Shared seemed the most complete and easy to use. It is very transparent with customers and employees, they are the ones who manage their time. Tracker is great for managing remote work.
Cons: Maybe it has too many functionalities but they are easy to manage and you learn to work with them quite quickly.
