Webwork hits the sweet spot, offering the features I need at an affordable price. Pros It's a great product with a few flaws in integrations and some minor bugs in the time tracker app, but overall it works well. The subscription plans are affordable, and the tech support is outstanding—real humans, not bots, who genuinely care about the product and implement fixes promptly. I recommend it over other trackers. Cons There are some bugs and issues with integrations, particularly with Bitrix24, as well as occasional glitches in the time tracking app. However, the team is actively working on resolving these.
