I would say it is also cheap enough for everything it does! It tracks the employee productivity in a very manageable way! Cons Maybe that if I go over a minute from what my tracked time is supposed to be I have to ask for help and someone from the team has to manage it or adjust it for me, I wish we had that feature as employees and not expect someone from management to collaborate. I also noticed occasional 1–2 minute gaps in tracking, even during active work, which affected reporting accuracy. Pros Web Work Dashboard had organized sections like reports, manual adjustment requests, and profile settings, which made things easier to manage. Cons The main issue for me was that break hours were not included in the main hours report. When I download the report, it only shows the total tracked hours without separating the hours before break, break time, and payable hours after break. This makes payroll processing less efficient because I need to download a separate report just to view break details. It becomes even more challenging if employees forget to use the break option, as unpaid breaks must be manually identified and deducted. Also, sometimes the tracker shows random gaps of 1 or 2 minutes even when we are actively working. These small gaps add up and make it difficult to ensure accuracy when calculating hours for payroll.
