Cons I feel that the interface could have an improved user experience, I feel that some of the interface looks very cluttered and there are certain features that could be configured more quickly if they were presented as specific use cases for the user. Once you get the hang of how it works, its pretty simple and straightforward. Pros Easy to implement and exhaustive features. Matches our requirement well and customized based on our needs. The cloud version of the server has been very helpful. Cons Would be great if there is an auto-update of clients when new versions/features are implemented. We tested it for more than 100 devices. We bought from DigiFace, and their support is good and responsive. I would recommend NCheck to others. Pros Easy to use and manage. License is not that expensive compared to other brands. Performance is also good. Cons The glare and brightness factor needs to be improved when performing the attendance. System also had difficulty before when the person used an eyeglasses that is reflective which is understandable. No system is perfect. This software register all our staff's detail and biometrics information quickly and we immediately started taking the attendance of our staff.
