Overall, the system works for our needs and supports both our company and our volunteers. We love the ability to notify us when someone signs up for a shift!

Pros

The system offers an easy to use interface that you can customize to meet your companies needs. Volunteers can easily create a profile and sign up for desired shifts. Need to approve hours - you can easily do that here!

Cons

The system looks a bit outdated, stills works for the need / use of it. In the age of social media, this platform is not as advanced as others.

I'd like a way to separate community partners from volunteers.

It has helped us stay organized with our volunteers. It was very difficult to track everything on Excel, this makes it easier and able to be accessed from anywhere

Doesn't add up volunteer time and shows time in decimal point Mobile app is limiting for viewing reports - stick with website

Pros

Track it forward allows multiple users to place their information, tracking hours, and the details of the things they completed.

Cons

Nothing yet, still learning more about it.

Thanks to Track It Forward, managing volunteer hours submitted by hundreds of people takes no time at all. The interface is user friendly and requires little technical skill. I would recommend this platform to anyone in need!

I've been using it for about 6 + years and it works really well.

Pros

Ease of the program- very user friendly.

Cons

The report summary doesn't have the volunteer's name at the top so when I print it- the volunteer's name isn't displayed.

This product makes it easy to keep track of student intern hours and allows for a way for them to reach set goals and know where they are each week. It allows for approved hours from anywhere and since we have been required to do more remote work, it works well!

Pros

The ability to get notifications when volunteers put in their hours is very useful. The product is user friendly and it is quick to sign up and get logged in.

Cons

Unable to change the label of "volunteer". The word sometimes confusing the students that are using the system.

That I can run reports, and that the volunteers can track their own hours.

There is nothing that I don't like so far.

\- easy to add or delete volunteers to the platform - easy to set up - volunteers find it simple to navigate - great features which are free - easy to see how many hours have been completed
