Pros: Ease of use, nice user interface, automatic tools to enable opportunities to be highlighted automatically without user input, automatically-emailed reports, comprehensive functionality which covers everything you would expect of a Monitoring & Targeting system and a corporate reporting system in one.
Verco's software helpdesk is also on hand (included within the license agreement) when needed.
Verco's supporting services help identify projects and deliver savings where internal resources are constrained.

Cons: Less suited to SMEs, more suitable for large organisations.
The system is web-hosted and so is accessible from any device (PC, mobile or tablet), this means that the database is held in the cloud on a secure database and cannot be installed locally on a client machine. This offers much better security and reduced hardware requirements for the user.

Overall: Delivered cost savings, improved operational performance, speeded up the time taken to produce management reports, provided one place to centrally coordinate all utility consumption data and associated reduction projects.
