Very clear display of client data, and reservation availability, integrated accounts and emails of confirmation etc. Easy to use. I would recommend this software to any company, small or large, easy to train staff in day to day use. I use it eight hours a day, five days a week. No problems.

Pros

Very easy to use, great technical support. Totally user friendly.

Cons

Having worked in ten countries and seen all kinds of software, I can honestly say I have no issues with SirosUno.

Pros

It is very easy to check availability and psace whilst client is on the telephone.

Cons

There is no facility to change the date on an existing reservation. The reservation has to be cancelled and rebooked

Pros

The easy identification of different types of customers and reservations,the automatic allocation of apartments. Wide variety of listings options. All the different possibilities of finding a client or reservation, by email, by phone, by ID, by address .... The invoicing system, very clear to see the outstanding balance and very easy and clear to close the daily cash. You can consult the graphs and occupancy percentages.

Cons

To be honest there is nothing that I did not like. I find it perfect for my job.

would like to see some extra functioms like hskp/maintenance controls, ability to red flag a problematic guest or unit
