Sellfy is an eCommerce solution designed to help eCommerce retailers design and create a personalized online store to sell physical as well as digital products. The platform enables managers to create, publish, and track the performances of advertisements across various social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter. Teams can embed 'Buy now' buttons, product links, YouTube end screens, and more, provide credit card payment offers, and provide discount coupons to customers.

Sellfy is a great e-commerce platform for selling digital products. But if you want make sales, you'll likely have to do a lot of marketing to make people aware of your content.

Pros

Sellfy has a sold digital store format that makes it easy to upload files, pictures, and pricing. You can also sell subscriptions and create discounts for your products.

Cons

Sellfy isn't as well known as Spotify so it makes it hard to attract customers. Plus, it's not an LMS so I can't sell digital courses directly through it.

Für Personen, die ihre PDF-Dateien verkaufen wollen und kein großes Unternehmen vertreten, ist sellfy die beste aller derzeit zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten.

Pros

Der Support ist so gut wie noch nirgendwo: Schnell, verständnisvoll, kompetent, freundlich, effektiv, zuverlässig.

Cons

Bis jetzt habe ich noch keinerlei Negatives feststellen können.

Beide vorherigen Produkte waren nicht geeignet meine wenigen Anleitungen (PDF-Dateien) zum Verkauf anzubieten. Außerdem war die Einrichtung dermaßen kompliziert und schlecht erklärt (keine einzige Seite durchgehend auf Deutsch), dass ich das Vorhaben frustriert abgebrochen habe.

Pros

The best thing about the Sellfy platform is that the cost to start is a very reasonable $19/month and the best part is that there are no transaction fees and even better they have a free option, and you can upload up to 10 products with again no transaction fees. I also love that the platform is very easy to navigate and to upload your information/products.

Cons

On the free option plan, you cannot upload digital products. That is a huge turn-off because that would be a great way to test a few digital products first, but they make you graduate to the starter plan.

My overall experiences with Sellfy is great.

Pros

Sellfy is a great e-commerce platform if you are looking to run your own eCommerce business. You can easily create an e-commerce store within a few days. Here you can sell any kinds of products like physical or digital like an ebook, video etc. You also can embed it on your website. Inside Sellfy you will get many marketing tools that can help you to generate more sales like analytics, email marketing, discount, promotions,upsale.

Cons

I've been using Sellfy for well over 2 years now. Everything is rainbows and sunshine. I've stuck with it for so long despite of their slow feature rollouts because of their exceptional customer support. However, recently I was charged for their top tier plan as part of a recurring billing process. I didn't needed it and wanted to downgrade and upon seeing the notification that I'd been charged I immediately contacted customer support. Upon contacting support, I was told that I would only be able to downgrade after the billing period was over which is a year from now. Extremely disappointed considering they had been so supportive so far. It was incongruent with the brand image I've had of them in my mind. As a matter of fact I lost $600. I hope they fix this. Otherwise,it's time for me to move on because of the lack of/slow development and there being a cap to the revenue limit.

Pros

Sellfy's customer support is top-notch and they make you feel right at home. You get a fully customisable personal storefront and the option to have your custom domain. The dashboard UI is very well thought out and super intuitive. Create as many pages and embed custom code as you like. Built-in Email marketing campaign tool to send out customised plain text/html emails.

Cons

They don't have any public roadmap which makes it hard to keep a track of what to expect in the near future in terms of product functionality and development. The customer support says yes to every feature suggestion and I'm yet to see them actually implement anything so far. Very slow development speed. Explains why they don't have a roadmap. The amount of money you can make is capped at 200k at the highest plan (premium). Most e-commerce platforms don't have any such limit. No affiliate marketing,customer review,android/ios store app feature. Most of it's competitors have all of these features in their equivalent tiers at par or lower prices. Email credits are limited and very costly.
