"Provide smooth functioning and management "

**Overall:** As a fashion intern, it helped me a lot to stay focused on designing instead of worrying about lost archives or broken attachments. Also, I didn't experience downtime that affected client or supplier communication.

**Pros:** Cloudiway feels calm and perfectly structured. They were clear about the timelines, didn't over promise, and handled years of emails, look books, and vendor threads without drama.I barely noticed the migration happening, which honestly was the biggest win during a busy production schedule.

**Cons:** The thing i don't like that sometimes i had to spend time in fixing permissions before things ran smoothly.

"Charged after cancellation — unresolved billing and poor value"

**Overall:** I used Cloudways for roughly one month to host my business site. During that period I saw no meaningful improvement in page speed or server response compared to my previous host. Because the service didn’t meet expectations, I cancelled the server after the first month. Despite cancelling, I continued to receive charges on my card. I reached out to support multiple times, provided dates and screenshots, and requested a refund for the period after cancellation. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved and I kept getting billed. For me, the combination of underwhelming performance, confusing billing, and slow resolution from support resulted in a bad overall experience. I’ve since switched to another provider, and the problems have stopped. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend Cloudways. If you do try them, keep careful records, take screenshots when you cancel, and closely monitor your billing statements.

**Pros:** Easy setup & clean dashboard — launching a server and apps is straightforward. 1-click staging & cloning — safe testing before going live.

**Cons:** Billing confusion — I was charged even after cancelling; the refund/closure process felt unclear. Invoices & proration can be hard to understand (pay-as-you-go across add-ons).
