We got step-by-step guidance, and the scripts were easy to implement without affecting page load speed — everything ran smoothly. Overall, the experience was positive. I'll try to describe my experience, using onle facts. I worked with a client, he is got a logistics business with a lot of clients database (over 70K). This clients are opt-in with a online and offline lead Forms and requests. Also they are accepted the Privacy Policy and Cookies. In one Day we are decide to start the Email company in Austria, Germany and UK. We are make a A/B test with images and text only. So I will be unimpressed. A lot of errors, bounces and in the end we was banned. So I make a contact with support, gave them proof and the answer was like 'your accound banned forever'. There are no SPAM reports, we was banned for no reason. Of course, I started using another services, like Mailchimp, SendPulse and Close.io. And right now will be an irony. Emails by these services sends perfectly. So I wouldn't use eSputnik never again. Pros The price is cheap, but it is the last thing that I like. Cons Bad delivery to international recipients (Email errors or bounces), Also not user-friendly support. Reasons for choosing eSputnik This was my first experience in Email marketing. I am convinced that this software can be helpful not only for small, but for large businesses too. Pros The whole tool is very convenient and easy to use: you don't have waste time searching for this or that feature in email editor. All frequently used blocks and controls are situated in sight. Omnichannel approach and automated workflows based on real-time events make eSputnik an irreplaceable assistant in accomplishing your marketing tasks. In addition, artificial Intelligence allows to predict customer behaviour and adapt your campaigns directly to the client's needs. Using this feature you can create great content with deep personalization for your audience. Cons I did not find any serious cons. You can create and store templates, get instant reports on opens and clicks, RFM-analysis. Better than most competitors. Pros eSputnik customer support is by far the best I've received for a marketing SAAS product. I used to have a lot of questions and always received a reply within a couple minutes. The solution is feature-reached with a good price, much better than most competitors. Cons In terms of functionality, it seems to do everything we need it to do. We use a system for more than a year and just once faced a problem, but it was quickly solved in a customer support service.
