They promise a lot up front but leave you on your own to set up and upload your information. When you have a problem they point you back to the recorded session that they told you how to set things up. That isn't the same as showing you , teaching you how to set things up to get the most from the software. Pros It was easy to set up the online portal on our website for donations and text to give. Cons There is not enough depth to the programming to do what we need at a church. Fund management is limited. When you print out a report it doesn't let you get all the information for one person on one page. You will have four pages to try to match up lines and discern the information. Pros ease of use for credit card users and use on ipad kiosks Like the option of sending the giver a receipt. Cons does not flag the default department for the donation being made. When we pulled the reports from the bank deposits and authorize.net, it did not pick up the recurring giving. We had this problem from the beginning (about 3 years) and didn't know it until the givers brought it to our attention. No resolution, we just had to deny the opportunity to use recurring donation.
