Overall, it was a positive experience. The session provided a good understanding of the platform and how to use it effectively. The team was supportive, and the training made it easy to get started with BrightHR.

Pros

The introductory Teams meeting was very informative and well-structured. The team clearly explained the services offered by Bright HR, and the tutorial on using the app was simple, practical, and easy to follow. The support provided during the session was helpful and professional.

Cons

There were no issues encountered during the entire experience. Everything was well-organised, and the session ran smoothly from start to finish. The information provided was clear, and all aspects of the platform were explained in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. The team was responsive, professional, and ensured that all questions were addressed promptly. There were no technical difficulties or areas of confusion during the tutorial. Overall, the process was seamless, and there were no areas that required improvement based on my experience.

As aforementioned in the Questionaire in the pros and cons, the Bright Safe section for home care providers can benefit more if the software is updated to meet their requirements and needs while the HR section is robustly updated. I believe that with more comments from varying health care providers, the lapses will be updated to suit everyone’s needs.

Pros

The HR component is robustly defined to suit the specific needs and requirements than the Bright safe designed for Health and Safety which Home care providers needs. The clock-in feature is okay.

Cons

There are some mandatory features and tasks that needs to be added to the Bright safe(health and safety component of the system ) like the CQC compliance updates, basic care plans and assessments templates for domiciliary care providers ,daily tasks & some other stuffs which makes it incomplete and the system can not be rated as ALL IN ONE. A care business provider with good experience can manage this shortfall and it’s time consuming. There is no section for the Domiciliary visit record because the Rota and shift feature is nor working for the same thing probably due to shorter hours in the Domiciliary sector.

The customer care is so prompt, supportive, caring, patient and understanding. I particularly want to thank \[sensitive content hidden\] who handled our issue with humanity, respect and she went above and beyond to resolve it with compassion. Things were followed through in a timely manner, and we weren't left for days without a progress report or an answer. It is so refreshing these days to be able to speak to actual human beings who can understand complex situations than chatbots that leave you frustrated and no better off! Well done BrightHR for sticking with a more human approach! Bulletins were really useful too!

Cons

software didn't allow changes to employee information without huge difficulties. Welfare support offered to employees via phone fell short of it's offer. The training for staff was great initially but didn't keep up to date for our sector. Auto renewal element was not made clear and no reminders after a 5 year contract period that this was due. Software didn't meet all our business needs so we still relied on other platforms that did not 'talk' together meaning data duplication and increase in time/ work not less, but we are a small not for profit CIC in a niche sector.

After I sign contract,it was very difficult to get any service from Bright HR.After I made complaint,they would blame me and wouldn't be helpful at all.They didn't satisfy my needs,and refuse to cancel contract,they not useful for small business owners.My advice: AVOID

They will call you,they will help you to install software to be on live call. Unfortunately,can't say anything good about this company 😞

Cons

5 years contract with out possibility to get out with out 'penalty'if you want to cancel,you will have to pay 80% of your contract price.Poor communication

Excellent. Very professional and leave me feeling more confident about taking on someone! It's very daunting but Bright HR and have made it seem straightforward.

Pros

Cons

Nothing so far. It is a lot to take on initially and there is a lot of onboarding but I wouldn't have done any of it myself and now its all done!

Pros

I think the system needs significant improvements with automations. I struggle with the permissions and the general use experience.

Pros

Very clean and user friendly UI. I’ve got to say, there’s so many amazing features too, top ones would be the clock-in at multiple location using the apps gps function.

It doesn’t make tea =O) That is quite honestly the only thing to like the least… all aspects and features of BrightHR so far seem incredible

A very rocky start but I now know I am in very good hands with Melissa!!

The BrightHR Platform overall is very user friendly with a lot of potential

Cons

I was gradually bringing over 30 sites and was having huge issues with accounts understanding the terms agreed for our invoicing. I was receiving constant calls chasing payments that weren't due. Clear notes had been added to all the accounts but it seemed they weren't being read. One day I explained my frustrations to \[sensitive content hidden\] in credit control, after she called to chase payment which wasn't actually due, and then things changed! She has been fantastic adopted all my accounts and promised to pick up ANY queries I have. It's not even her job to do so! She checks in every month to see how things are going. Recently I wanted to add a further site and she said she would arrange every step for me - true to her word she did. She is truly an asset to your company!

Fairly good overall. System is engaging and fairly simple. We need to use more the functionality effectively.

Great customer service from the support team who were very friendly. Although sometimes it would have been useful if more clear guidance directly in the system itself.

Cons

Sometimes not clear how to do something and had to contact support team frequently. Not always the most intuitive for the admin users but the support team always responded quickly and clearly

Seamless and very logical. Wish I had used this software much earlier in my career. This will make HR much easier both for my employees but also for the senior leadership team to monitor

Pros

Really easy to learn, navigate and use so makes this software a dream. Also the training was excellent and highly recommend \[sensitive content hidden\] who was very patient and clear with me.

Cons

No negatives! There is nothing to complain about as it truly worked from every angle and I look forward to sharing with my team.

### "BrightHR Application"

I had a really good experience, I found this system easy to use and instead of using a CAFM system which is extremely expenses and our business is only a small business where Brighter is absolutely brilliant

Pros

I like the user friendly applications and is easy to navigate, this would be really ideal for our business

Cons

I have not really put the system in use so cant really put down and cons at this point, I will comment on the cons ones we used it for a while.

Excellent service the lady was very helpful understanding and easy to talk too Explained everything perfectly

Pros

Great communication and patience Easy to understand everything explained excellent customer service

Cons

Nothing Everything was perfect she was so lovely they way she helped me understand everything and I feel confident I can do it all
