Pros

Intuitive system, ease of navigation will grow with usage, covers our requirements very well and the multi user format allows our employees access and use.

Cons

Not a negative, but due to the size of the online service available it will take some time to get accustomed to all that is available.

They were very supportive especially Ogomma Eze She took me through the whole process and guided me so I am grateful to her.

We can get bombarded by emails and it is important to connect to understand their requirements before being assumptive.

Very Good. Although I used it for a short period, everytime i needed assistance, I found what I needed.

Pros

Its keeps my payroll and all that comes with it, well organised. It helped organise the holidays, keep my books in order.

Cons

I can't really say anything that bad, since the platform is easy to use and the service is very good.

Overall experience with BrightHR has been excellent. A particular mention to \[sensitive content hidden\], who has been invaluable in setting up our payroll and troubleshooting. His kind nature and responsiveness have been unparalleled. He is an asset to BrightHR.

Pros

Excellent interface and user-friendly one-stop HR solution. We use the HR, health and safety and payroll. As a package it was the best value for money and most comprehensive.

Cons

More flexibility in rota designs, including 3-week rolling rotas. The rostering still does not talk to payroll and would be a great addition.

The experience so far has been very positive - very responsive and I feel confident by our interactions with Sho that we are never steered wrong.

Pros

We mainly receive HR advice. I like to speak with \[sensitive content hidden\], the Advice Consultant - she has been incredibly helpful in a lot of our cases. She is a trusted advisor!

Cons

I don't have many cons, other than, there always seems to be an influx of calls into HR advice creating an overflow to other areas of BrightHR.

At first when I say I was trying to explain something to him and he wasn't getting it. Now they're getting it and they're happy to help and to get it all going

Pros

They just help you if you're stuck and something had happened but no one realised the situation it just helped they're there to help you not to hinder you

Cons

I like they don't bug you every 5 minutes or they don't phone you up. They just send you an email instead which is much more easier because then you can pick it up at any point. But other than that they've been so good. I've had no issue with them

Positive - if things have been less positive, then contacting my account manager or other members of the team have resulted in these being rectified.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] is very responsive and very helpful. There have been several times I have contacted her for support, and she always follows up and gives reliable advice.

Cons

Other HR support has been less reliable, but this has now been fixed with access to advice and more responsiveness from other advisers too.

Pros

Straight forward to engage and interact with.The interface too is easy to navigate around. I must specifically commend \[sensitive content hidden\] for the taking time to organise the payroll training sessions, providing us with information required and pointing us to the key government links. She further went and ahead and gladly accommodated us when our schedules changed last minute. Such a professional she truly is!!

Cons

Nothing really so far the system does all that it is supposed to do with no concerns. The experience with the staff was also a fantastic one!

Very happy with the onboarding. The process was easy to follow once I had the connection with Teams Meeting.

Pros

Cons

Using Teams meeting but that is just my lack of familiarity with that medium. The software will be extremely useful going forward.

\[sensitive content hidden\] was fantastic and spent two sessions helping me to get all my staff set up and showing me all the features and so many great support systems, she really was patient and supportive and I could not have got this far without her amazing help. 10/10

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] is amazing, so helpful and easy to talk to. She has been very supportive and professional and if it wasn't for her I might have canceled my subscription as I wasn't sure how I would learn how to use the system after so many months.

Cons

The system was difficult for me to grasp at first try but once \[sensitive content hidden\] was in touch its been no challenges at all.

Pros

Easy user interface, good support. Holiday tracker and good to use for all the staff. No issues overall.

Cons

Rotas are very limited in terms of timings. Timings are must and cannot just select as full day in. Currently having to use Excel sheet for our rotas due to difficulty selecting everyone and long term planning.

I use this software to book annual leave and pencil in appointments. It's easy to check who is going to be away during the working week and also to book off any time. It has a great GUI and it's made very obvious how to work the app from the very start.

Pros

It's modern, easy-to-use and great for managing annual leave. Appointments are also very easy to pencil in. Clashes are a regular occurence but it's made easy and obvious when booking anything off. You can also check birthdays, redeem vouchers and see an overview of a certain day.

Cons

Nothing! It's been a great experience so far.

As a Company we are only commencing to use it to the best of our ability, I regret that I had not the time previously to invest and use it more. To have information at hand for all employment and Health and Safety queries.

So much info up sometimes it is too much for one task. More training or keeping up to date with their clients requirements should be met.

BrightHR very helpful staff with caring and understanding attitude to the client. We recently had an issue with Peninsula and they dealt with it on our companies behalf in a very professional way giving a positive outcome for our company.

He's been great support when we've encountered problems and aiding fixing those for us super fast.

Pros

Love that everything we need is within one place. Great support to get us started and so far throughout when we've approached any problems. Happy that BrightSafe is easily accessible

So far we haven't found anything that isn't useful towards our business. Still new to using the system but no problems have been encountered yet
