Pros

  • The support documentation is excellent but if I ever have additional questions the team are super responsive and helpful - and always a pleasure to interact with.

  • It's not only the tool which works great, is fast, reliable and works pretty flexible, but the small team behind the tool is amazing & responsive.

  • In particular I want to highlight the exemplary quality of Tito's service who are not only super responsive, but were able to address our needs impressively quick.

  • Events are super fast to set up, the interface is beautiful and the customer support is second to none. The team are efficient, friendly and accommodating.

Cons

  • The only thing I don't like is that you can't duplicate discount codes. But that's a very minor thing.

  • While it's possible to use Tito for frequently recurring events, e.g. a weekly event, it's not the most efficient use of the product.

  • It doesn’t have a self check-in option where attendees could do the check-in by themselves to avoid queue during the event.

  • Some of the more advanced customizations can be difficult to figure out because they could be a many levels (ticket, event, order, etc).

"Tito - the best ticketing platform I've used"

Overall: I used Tito for around 8 years and got to know it very well, often pushing it to bend to the will of our rather complex needs (multi day, multi stage, networking, workshops and main conference, free and paid-for tickets). The more I used it, the better I liked it, and that's saying something!

Pros: Tito is easy to use, yet is an incredibly powerful tool. Having used a few ticketing platforms over the years, Tito is the one I'd recommend for any business event use. If help is needed, the documentation is excellent, and the team are incredibly responsive if you need to reach out to them. We also found the API straightforward to use with an external name badge and lead scanning company.

Cons: Very little to dislike! Automated price rises at specific times/dates would be awesome (especially as we had A LOT of tickets).

"A brilliant tool delivered by folks who really care about quality"

Overall: We run multiple events a year and Tito is always open on my desktop. It's an essential tool! The support documentation is excellent but if I ever have additional questions the team are super responsive and helpful - and always a pleasure to interact with. They have an excellent culture of listening and responding to customer needs so there are always small improvements and new features to try. Unlike dealing with a faceless tech company I feel as though I can have an input on how the platform is shaped. After using Tito for 12+ years I would continue to recommend it to anyone running events large or small.

Pros: I can duplicate past events so it's really quick to set up new ones. There are loads of features I can choose to use if I need to do something complex like adding workshop choices or product add-ons but it never feels too tricky. I like the amount of data I can export. And the message feature is really useful, especially as it seems to defy company firewalls that often snag our mailer sends.

Cons: I wish I could apply discount codes to entire baskets rather than just individual ticket types. And I'd like a few more options with event homepage design that don't require use of code.

"Event tickets that convert"

Overall: Easy to create tickets for new events and no matter how complex the ticket requirements are they seem to have a solution ready to use

Pros: The workflow for ticket purchasers is the easiest I have come across. Pay first and then answer the detailed questions.

Cons: Nothing yet. Whenever I think I have found something it can't do the support team enable a beta level feature that does exactly what I want.

"Clear product, top-notch service!"

Overall: We have been using TiTo for 2 years now for our conferences and workshops and I'm very happy with the product and with TiTo's excellent service.

Pros: I find the product clear and straight-forward. In particular I want to highlight the exemplary quality of Tito's service who are not only super responsive, but were able to address our needs impressively quick.

Cons: I appreciate Tito's extension of email comms capabilities, and I respect their preference for very simple/functional emails. So far this still has the consequence that we still use another CRM for our attendee communication because we need richer emails.

Alternatives Considered: Eventfrog and Eventbrite
Reasons for Choosing Tito: Tito fit better with my needs and I overall felt better.

"Super-flexible ticketing system for any sized event."

Overall: I was PR officer for an amateur club. We regularly ran events both small and large. We used Tito for anything from Pub Quizzes, Summer Camps and Annual larger events. Each of these have very different ticketing needs. We regularly received feedback from end-users on the ease of checkout. On those rare occasions I couldn't find how to do something very specific, their customer support was super-responsive.

Pros: Tito is super flexible, allowing it to be easily customisable to meet even the most demanding ticketing needs. It supports hidden tickets, discount vouchers, waiting lists, the lot. It also has the smoothest check out experience in the market.

Cons: I've nothing that I didn't like. Every time I felt there was something difficult I needed to do, I found it did it.

Alternatives Considered: Universe and Eventbrite
Reasons for Choosing Tito: We felt that the competition were too inflexible; In addition, we qualified for Tito's nonprofit tier; the solution is really cost-effective. This is crucial to an amateur sports organisation

"Tito is an amazing platform that you should be using TODAY."

Overall: Incredible platform that continually grows

Pros: Ease of use, great customer service, and APIs for use. The team at Tito are always responsive and engaged about all aspects of the ticketing process. They were able to handle scale that is otherwise unseen for conferences without a single hesitation.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Tito platform and their team have ben exceptional.

"Excellent customer service and functionality - look no further!"

Overall: A+++ extremely impressed so far! Would recommend.

Pros: Extremely responsive and helpful support team. The platform itself is easy to use and offers great functionality.

Cons: It can take a little while to get used to where everything is, but this is normal for learning any new software especially when moving from one provider to another.

"Tito is the best option for organizing an event"

Overall: This app is great! I haven't found another service that offers anything close to what Tito gives you for event options.

Pros: The ability to customize the data that you collect from attendees including asking questions.

Cons: Navigating the website is a little clumsy

"How I Use Ti.to "

Overall: We've been using tito for many years to manage the booking for our small tech meetups and, additionally, for our hot-desk and meeting room clients to book our services. The team behind Ti.to are super responsive to requests, even going beyond the call of duty considering we use the platform for something it is not necessarilty intended to do. No PFOs here - it's clear that everyone is deeply knowledgeable abou the product - they are the best in customer service.

Pros: It is easy to replicate event pages, and pretty much does everything that is needed for organisers to give their own customers a great experience.

Cons: Good to say that there's not much 'not' to like.

"Top Notch Customer Service."

Overall: Easy to work with. Easy to set up. Flexible in ticketoptions. Top Notch Customer Service.

Pros: It's easy to set up, has several useful optionalities. The helpdesk and team of Tito is very responsive in case of questions, and they're always open to improve, according to our needs.

Cons: The mailing-option is useful but not so good-looking.

"Powerful ticketing software, yet refreshingly simple."

Overall: We’ve been using Tito for all our in-person conferences and workshops, and it’s been seamless for both paid tickets and free side events. A couple of years ago, we started running online workshops too—and we’re using Tito for those as well. The attendee exports are super handy, and the messaging feature makes it easy to keep everyone in the loop. We use Tito for our free online events too, and it integrates seamlessly with their hosting platform, Vito. Attendees are automatically imported, making the whole process super smooth.

Pros: I’ve been using Tito for years, and I’m still a big fan! They nail the basics like orders and tickets, but there’s so much more—activities, discount codes, locations, attendee questions, CSS customization, detailed exports, and customizable HTML emails. You can set up your events exactly how you want. It’s simple yet powerful. Plus, their team is awesome: super responsive, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to work with.

Cons: Nothing! We are just super happy with how well it works.

"A great swiss knife for any event organiser"

Overall: My overall experience using Tito is just fantastic. As a long.time user I have seen this tool evolve and grow with many new features over the years. But the best is the friendliness and speed of their support!

Pros: An overall freat to use and complete ticket system with many useful addons like messenger to write attendees a message. Good and easy overview of sales with reports. In general a good tool for any event organiser – not just for ticket sales.

Cons: Nothing really. I am absolute happy with how it integreates in the website, the overall usage. If anything, maybe some more focus on accessibilty.

"Tito is Tops for Event Organizers"

Overall: I've used Tito for over a dozen events and recommend it to anyone I work with who is organizing anything.

Pros: Tito is easy to use and simple to setup. When running an event, I can get Tito going quickly and easily and move information from previous, similar events so i can keeop things grouped together nicely.

Cons: Honestly? I don't know that I've ever had an issue. It integrates with most conference and event softweare and is seamless and easy.

Reasons for Switching to Tito: Eventbrite is difficult to use and expensive. It works as it's own separate system and doesn't integrate well.

"Tito is an amazingly efficient and flexible way to manage tickets for your events"

Overall: Tito has made our approach to organizing events and managing tickets incredibly easy and efficient. We plan several events around the world each year, and being able to simply organize each event, handle local tax/VAT, currencies, etc. has been incredibly efficient for us.

Pros: Very efficient to setup an event with multiple ticket types and bundles, tax/VAT, discount codes, and many other complexities with ease. Easy to make changes later. Simple web component widget to embed within your event website. Convenient connections to payment options such as Stripe and PayPal.

Cons: While it's possible to use Tito for frequently recurring events, e.g. a weekly event, it's not the most efficient use of the product. You can use activities and bundles, but the event typically has a single date and location listed and other challenges. I don't consider this a big con, as it's super easy to have separate events for each, it's just not possible to automatically create a ticket that spans separate events.

"Tito is perfect for your conference!"

Overall: Pretty good with good support when needed!

Pros: Tito has been an essential part of our 7 editions of NG-BE. While using tito we did not ever needed to worry about ticket handling and sales, it all just worked and provides all the functionality needed for a typical conference.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is that you can't duplicate discount codes. But that's a very minor thing!

Alternatives Considered: Eventbrite
Reasons for Choosing Tito: Price + UX is much better. Eventbrite feels like a dinosaur

"Happy to use Ti.to :-)"

Overall: We have been using this tool for over 10 large conferences (500+ attendees) for the last 5 years, and we are quite happy to continue.

Pros: Flexibility of the options that are available for the user An end-to-end solution including invoicing, questionnaire, check-in, etc.

Cons: Filtering is sometimes not clear - e.g., "need to filter all discount codes where at least one ticket is still available." Language settings: It is not possible to present the customer-facing page in other languages, such as Czech, for our case.

"Reliable and responsive, Tito is a great event tool & partner!"

Pros: You can tell Tito was set up by event organizers, who understand both an organizer's needs and their pain points. At every turn, when you think, "it'd be great if my ticket software could do this," it turns out that Tito either already does that, or their friendly, responsive team is extremely open to hearing the feature request and then putting it into place. Their rates are also extremely reasonable and within (or better than!) industry standard.

Cons: There's not really anything now! I've been a Tito customer for many years, and when I first started using them, I felt a bit wary going with a smaller outfit that was located in a timezone very far from my own. Events often require an immediate response if something goes awry. What I found in my first event using Tito though, and in every subsequent one, is that they are very responsive, especially when my events are getting close, and it does feel like they've got me covered. So it turned out to be a false concern!

"100% recommend!"

Overall: Great product, great team, great experience. Wish all products worked this well :)

Pros: Ti.to (& it's sister product Vi.to for online events) is an amazing ticketing tool that we have been using at Smashing Magazine for the last few years. It's not only the tool which works great, is fast, reliable and works pretty flexible, but the small team behind the tool is amazing & responsive.

Cons: Not really much to dislike. Maybe it could be even faster at times? I know we are very heavy users, so cannot really blame it, but still.

"I don't like it............I LOVE it!"

Overall: I don't have to think with Tito. Not when I'm using it or when an event is live. I just know it will work and make our lives easier. Love it.

Pros: It just works. No hassles. Tito all the features we need and most of the features we want. The team are super responsive and always open to feature ideas. Our attendees love it too. It makes sharing tickets a synch and someone always comments on how easy it is to use. The price point is absolutely worth it.

Cons: One thing some attendees have asked for is the ability to book one to one meetings with other attendees and send them messages. This is not currently available and I wouldn't consider it a "Con". But I had to write something here :-D

Alternatives Considered: Invajo
Reasons for Choosing Tito: UX, better features and just overall a better product. Some limitations from memory: 1) Ticket sales INC VAT in Sweden, but it seemed like there was something missing / incorrect when we tested that solution 2) A discount code cannot be just for one ticket type. Which means that we would have to have special products for tickets we give away to partners. Both regular and VIP 3) the fact that I we could embed Tito in our event website...

"5 years using Tito"

Pros: I've been using Tito for my events since 2019 and I wouldn't use anything else, excellent product and even better customer service

Cons: Nothing comes to mind - I've never even considered switching to another product

"Everything you need for event reg"

Overall: I've worked with Tito for nearly 7 years now, and it has always been a pleasure. When I've needed any kind of customer support, the team is extremely fast to respond.

Pros: I like the team behind Tito, and the fact that the platform has everything I need to run an event. It's easy to navigate!

Cons: During registration set up, there are times when it feels like what I need is not where it should be. But once I find it and set it up, it's smooth sailing from there.

"What sets Tito apart"

Overall: Tito is recommendable for all types of events. It can cater large number of attendees and work on every step of the process seamlessly. Tito is even free for free tickets and it is perfect for a non-profit event.

Pros: It is easy to use that doesn’t even need a technical skill to do it.

Cons: It doesn’t have a self check-in option where attendees could do the check-in by themselves to avoid queue during the event.

"Tito is so clean and simple "

Overall: It's great! After testing it at our San Francisco event, we are now rolling it out for our London event for over about 1,500 or so tickets!

Pros: What I like most about the Tito ticketing is it's just so clean and just so simple to navigate and create tickets and manage. It's like the best kind of event software without all the extra bloat of other things. What I love is how easy it is to kind of set up things like discount codes straight from the dashboard.

Cons: It's not that well known yet so when you want to integrate with other event software like on-side badgeing etc, there are not many providers who automatically do it, but the tito team are working on that.

Reasons for Switching to Tito: Eventbrite is pricey and very clunky with lots of bloat.

"We love Tito!"

Overall: We love Tito and would be hard pushed to move away from the platform for any of our events. We've looked and tried several and nothing comes close to the flexibility and ease that Tito offers us.

Pros: Easy to use Fee Free for Free Events Very customisable Good embeddable widgets for your own website

Cons: Lacks integration with popular CRM tools, Webhooks can be fiddly.

"Tito - highly recommend"

Overall: I can't rate Tito highly enough. Their customer service has been consistently excellent.

Pros: Tito offers incredible and dependable customer service. The whole platform is really user friendly and we are able to customize everything to host events entirely in Irish - something that we couldn't do on other platforms.

Cons: We had a small issue with importing names due to special characters but the team at Tito solved it for us and supported us in further uploads to ensure we had no more difficulties.
