Pros

Very easy to use. Very clear and very smooth. The tutorial videos are extremely helpful. The amount of things you can customize is amazing. Membership management is easy.

Cons

The amount of task is a bit high but once you fill it out then it gets easier. Also the add ons confuse me.

Overall great experience. I have gone from 0 to 34 members in under a year which means sustained income. Thank you!

Pros

I really love how simple it is to manage settings in PocketSuite. Also, campaign texts, buy now pay later options, and subscription offering really have helped me scale my business and take on more clients. It's also easy to manipulate your schedule and haven't has a single issue when it comes to charging cancellations or people not paying invoices.

Cons

I really wish appointment rebooking reminders were free like other apps. Also, the system interacts with blocks which I use as breaks so I either constantly have to move the break to make sure I have a full book or things get booked wonky because of the interference with the buffer. Lastly, the system needs a solid waitlist option.

I really do enjoy Pocketsuite. I have used it for 4 years to run my business. They do make continuous improvements.

Pros

I enjoy appointment management, the ability to be able to accept deposits, good value for your money. I like that they provide a business phone number.

Cons

Customer support réponse can be slow. You can't add discounts to products. There is not an ability for clients to be able to use a discount code at checkout if you offered a personalized code.

Customer service wants to help. They just don't have a good feel for what their business owners actually do and how people use/experience their software as a client/pro and as a customer.

Pros

It is a cheaper alternative to fitness studio booking software packages. It allows set up of group classes, workshops, and private services. The credit card transaction fees are lower than its peers. Customer service is friendly, if not attuned to problems. I think they want to make this a better app. More than once they have arranged for me to talk with a product manager or a developer to troubleshoot bugs, and they listen.

Cons

When they fix something, they break something else. Because they serve so many different vertical industries (yoga studio, dog walking, pet sitting, massage therapy) and business models (sole proprietor, business owner with employees or contractors). Also, when I decided to pass on the the transaction fee to my clients letting PocketSuite add it to a package, my payout was STILL LESS THAN the price of the package. Isn't that the point? To receive the FULL PRICE for your package? I'm shaking my head. Waitlist: sounds like a good feature, but it's not when people on the waitlist CAN'T SEE when they are on the waitlist without clicking through a bunch of dates! Only one setting for late cancelations: this global decision affects all services equally. It would be nice to control that by category or by service.

Overall, Pocketsuite has been a great software to use. I definitely recommend it for micro and small businesses.

Pros

Simple interface, customizations, income tracking. Easy to to book clients, take payments, manage appointments. Customer support is very helpful and responsive.

Cons

Lack of internal SOAP note charting. Would love if they had an appointment request page the same way ClinicSense and MassageBook do.

Overall it’s awesome!! As a Licensed Massage Therapist it has literally everything I need to manage my book of business, scheduling appointments, invoices, payment, customer communication, and countless other features for running my business. As I was finishing massage school PocketSuite was by far the most highly recommended platform to use by my instructors and other professionals in the industry. It can be easily and seamlessly accessed on either a desktop or mobile device, it’s simple and straightforward on the client facing end, and really is just the whole package for just about any self-employed kind of business. I know there are numerous other platforms available but I am super loyal to PocketSuite due to their excellent customer service, flexible functionality, and level of respect and trustworthiness in my industry! Highly highly recommend!

Pros

It does everything! Calendar, scheduling, CRM, marketing, forms, and I’m sure a bunch more that I haven’t discovered yet! My favorite “Pro” is that their customer service is absolutely 5-Star! Pocketsuite has a TON of options and functionality features and the customer service team is amazing with fast response time, guidance, communication, and support!

Cons

My only “Con” isn’t actually anything negative about PocketSuite itself, it’s just that it’s overwhelming to set-up! Pocketsuite knows that though and offers a multitude of options for direction, support, guidance, “how-to” videos, Q & A, and even 1:1 virtual meeting sessions you can schedule. I believe there are also certain features that you can request that they do the set-up for you, but I haven’t made it that far yet to know for sure.

Amazing! Their customer service is extremely prompt and ready to resolve any issues. I would recommend them to anyone I work with.

Pros

For the price you pay you get a lot of features! It's extremely mobile-friendly, highly customizable, and extremely intuitive. For me, it's the go-to app for any small/medium business owner who wants to run their business from their phone.

Cons

Doesn't yet offer integrations with other softwares.

I lost over $1000 job toady because I couldn't get my customers information because they have bad software combined with awful service or no service.

Pros

Nothing it should be called No service Pocketsuite.

Cons

Customer service in awful and they what you to do everything online.

The team is very helpful and patient. After spending time with the app and getting a one on one with them - I feel the application is a good program.

Pros

Once I was able to sit down with the staff at pocketsuites, I was able to better manuever through the system. Had been working with it for a couple of months so I understood what I needed to clarify with the team.

Cons

I was having problems with errors on the program but the team was able to figure a way around the issue.
