"Don't purchase Pocketsuite. Customer service AWFUL!"

**Overall:** I lost over $1000 job toady because I couldn't get my customers information because they have bad software combined with awful service or no service.

**Pros:** Nothing it should be called No service Pocketsuite.

**Cons:** Customer service in awful and they what you to do everything online.

"Do not fall for their competitive pricing, you will be disappointed..."

**Overall:** Terrible. I just want my money back at this point, but haven't been able to actually talk to anyone in management or sales for weeks. I have been trying but have not been successful and am so beyond frustrated.

**Pros:** There is a lot of bells and whistles that are really cool. Getting them setup was interesting for sure, but they never work like you want them too. They give you a phone number, which is cool, but this is also clunky and doesn't work right.

**Cons:** The customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. They offer no phone support whatsoever. They have a messaging service in the app to message with support. Their response times are ridiculous. They sometimes take days to respond to something (and almost guaranteed the response is canned and not actually helpful or empathetic). Most of the time they just do not respond at all.
