Lo que más me ha gustado de Sapling es que ofrece una gran cantidad de herramientas útiles para administrar los recursos humanos de una empresa. La plataforma incluye un sistema de seguimiento de empleados, un sistema de gestión de talentos, un sistema de evaluación de desempeño y un sistema de planificación de recursos humanos. También incluye herramientas de contratación, administración de beneficios y gestión de seguridad social. Estas herramientas permiten a las empresas gestionar sus recursos humanos de manera más eficiente.

Cons

Pros

The best part is the UI they are providing to the users, They are frequently changing the UI to improve customer satisfaction. The support we are getting from the customer team is also the best they are very supportive. we can easily look at everyone's important information with a simple but pretty view.

Cons

When they are implementing new features it takes a lot of time. They should focus more to get the integration with other platforms.

My overall experience with sapling was good. The firm ran smoother after using sapling and employees enjoyed the easy HR access.

Pros

Sapling makes HR interactions easy and it has tools for employees as well. I love the custom workflow and organizational charts which are interactive and easy to use. Sapling makes it easy for all employees to view clearly outlined policies and rules. We can also view information on each departments projects or roles and their progress with each.

Cons

Sapling bases your subscription price on the number of employees in your company rather than what features you use or how much data you store. Sapling does not offer a free trial or free version so that you can explore the product before you commit. Sapling is web based and has no mobile app which is why I rated ease of use and ease of deployment a 3 out of 5.

I think it works for us, but could be enhanced with a few bugs that I've experienced

Pros

I like that you can set the workflows to assign relative to start date, assigning tasks, sending out onboarding emails.

Cons

Default email address first name last name without the period!

Pros

Sapling had a lot more capabilities than our previous HR software, and it was nice not to have to have too many other services.

Cons

I wasn't always clear on how to use Sapling-- it could do so many different things but that also made it a bit overwhelming as an end-user sometimes.

So far so good. I haven't heard any complaints and it gets the job done. I don't know what the price is, but it seems more cost-effective than others for what we use it for.

Pros

It has been easy to use out of the box. The time management piece is simplistic. The historical export of data from the previous provider seems to be working. The company page also seems inviting for new employees, it is all branded well.

Cons

The one thing I wish it had was a google calendar integration that allows you to add it to your own calendar and the company calendar after PTO has been approved. I feel like we had this from Zenefits, and it is a real pain to deal with. The UI seems a bit dated.

I have been using it for a while and so far it does a good job of an HR tool, I am overall happy with it.

Pros

Employee profile is really detailed and I can add a lot of fields. It's easy to use with simple navigation. Document management is a great feature to get me onboard and keep track of my documents.

Cons

Doesn't really useful after I get to know more about my company and other colleagues. I only update my profile once or twice ever. Doesn't really good at task management, since there are other better tools for that.
