Cons The onboarding task list does present all tasks at once, including those whose completion is required at some point in the future (say, first day tasks). Being able to fill everything in from home before my first day and have it upload so simply was so helpful! It was fairly easy to use and very intuitive. Cons For items I had to sign, I was required to upload an image for each document rather than being able to load it once and use it for all of them. Was very impressed that i could upload my I-9 stuff which I've never been able to do before. Like the directory but wish it was more feature filled because at this point I'll probably use Sapling pretty rarely. We use a lot of different programs and it would be great if Sapling was more willing to share basic information with other programs.
