Pros: It is very important to solve every enquiry of business customers even it is small or big. We use it to resolve client queries and send response back to them. It helps to grow business and keep old customers with us.

Cons: It should add a notifcation feature so that in case we received any high important message we can resonse on that mail as soon as possible.

Overall: It provide easy way to communicate with business clients and resolve their queries.
