Pros From start to finish, the SnapInspect team was available, willing to work with us on the contract, trained us thoroughly, and remain active in managing our account. We reached out to several nationally recognized vendors who provide a similar service, and SnapInspect offered a better platform, easier use, and unbelievable pricing. Cons I suggest coming up with a contract template that is acceptable to SnapInspect but geared towards US clients rather than New Zealand. It would cut down review, legal, and negotiating time and cost. I reached out to Snap Inspect to learn more about the software as I was manually inputting data into a word doc and converting to PDF with thousands of photos on my phone. Years of working in property management with different apps and software, this is exactly what I have pictured as the perfect program for inspections, whether that be move-in / move-out or spring and fall inspections. I can even use it for onboarding new properties, so I know the exact condition they were in when I took over management. Each request was implemented very quickly so I could customize the templates for our specific needs. Easy to use and easy to train new employees on its use. Cons Our industry is not SnapInspect's target market so there are a few gaps but any issues were addressed and work-arounds found.
