From sales to going live with SnapInspect, all staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure that our solution was set up in a way that made sense for us. Cons Our industry is not SnapInspect's target market so there are a few gaps but any issues were addressed and work-arounds found. There were items such as when we do follow up inspections we have to reload the current inspection to edit and modify. It would be nice if we could do this in a bulk step. All of them were highly knowledgeable and worked with us seamlessly to get the platform up and rolling. Pros SnapInspect is easy to use and integrates seamlessly into our current process. The customization features are easy to use and the reports are a huge improvement over our previous ones. The AI features available on the mobile app make the whole inspection process easy to navigate and overall we're very impressed. Cons My only complaint is the AI isn't available for Android yet, but we're mostly an iPhone company anyways, so not a huge deal. I anticipated potential issues with the time difference between the States and Snap Inspect Headquarters location, but the Snap Inspect staff is set up to communicate 24/7 and schedule calls at the customers convenience. The service team has been able to help me with obtaining that and it's going to help alleviate a number of headaches around this move out. Pros I like the functionality of the product, it allows us to create a whole bunch of different forms for various data collection. Also the customer support is great. Cons There are some very specific forms that wouldnt work in SnapInspect. Collecting lighting information for individual light fixtures that would output into an excel for example. I reached out to Snap Inspect to learn more about the software as I was manually inputting data into a word doc and converting to PDF with thousands of photos on my phone. After 3 minutes with \[sensitive content hidden\] I basically told them to shut up and take my money. This app has everything and then some! Years of working in property management with different apps and software, this is exactly what I have pictured as the perfect program for inspections, whether that be move-in / move-out or spring and fall inspections. I can even use it for onboarding new properties, so I know the exact condition they were in when I took over management. Not only is the app amazing beyond words, the team at Snap Inspect is out of this world. \[sensitive content hidden\] made me feel like family, with encourage words and truly taking the time to get to know me and my company. \[sensitive content hidden\], who is the absolute best at training, checked with me every step of the way to ensure I knew the app inside and out. Cons For what we're looking for in an inspection software there are definitely limits to the customizations with reporting and how the inspections are laid out. My team researched options and found SnapInspect to be our best option for move-ins and move-outs. We used SnapInspect until we were able to transition to a more intricate property management software which has its own internal inspection platform. I would not hesitate to go back to SnapInspect if there was ever a need in the future. Reason for choosing SnapInspect SnapInspect jumped out at me right away, by the approach they had when looking at how they offered their trial to learn and use their program and app. They asked if I wanted a free demo, where all the other companies I looked at wanted to let me just try their system for a period of time without having a clue how to use it. Pros We have been using the software for almost two years and I have requested several additions to the product. Each request was implemented very quickly so I could customize the templates for our specific needs. Easy to use and easy to train new employees on its use. Cons This is minor, but I do wish that we could customize the questions per building/entity/asset vs that it is an umbrella questionnaire for all. More companies need to onboard customers in a similar way. We have a fairly unique use-case and we were able to customize it in a way that should work for our team long term. Pros After reviewing and trialing multiple platforms, SnapInspect was the only one we found that could achieve the majority of our goals for on-site surveys. The ability to customize the checklists and more importantly, add and edit on the fly, were the two key components that led us to move forward. Their onboarding team, along with everyone I interacted with, was professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with through the process. Cons Very few downsides. There are a handful of minor user interface tweaks that could be made, but the full package is the best I've found.
