Talia was so incredibly helpful in the onboarding process - it's easy to use and a comprehensive solution for our needs in a rapidly growing property management company. Pros Good value for money, excellent customer support, very easy to use! Allows our team to store information about properties in one easy-to-access place. Cons I haven't found anything not to like yet...one member of our team had trouble getting the platform to work on his phone, but the onboarding and tech teams at SnapInspect were diligent and resolved the issue for us! The product is intuitive and easy to use, which made the transition much smoother than we expected. Our team is excited to move forward with using it, and we're very happy with how everything has gone so far. We highly recommend them! Pros What I liked most about the product was how easy it was to learn and use from the start. The interface is intuitive, making it simple for our team to navigate without a steep learning curve. Cons I would like to have a title above each dropdown. This can't yet currently be done for all of the options. Cons Have not used it long enough to make this decision. I can say as of right now there is nothing I do not like about SnapInspect. Reason for choosing SnapInspect SnapInspect jumped out at me right away, by the approach they had when looking at how they offered their trial to learn and use their program and app. They asked if I wanted a free demo, where all the other companies I looked at wanted to let me just try their system for a period of time without having a clue how to use it. I have worked with other vendors for over 30 years and SnapInspect does customer service better than any other company I have worked with, quick response and typically has a solution in minutes. Pros We have been using the software for almost two years and I have requested several additions to the product. Each request was implemented very quickly so I could customize the templates for our specific needs. Easy to use and easy to train new employees on its use. Cons Our industry is not SnapInspect's target market so there are a few gaps but any issues were addressed and work-arounds found. Cons This is minor, but I do wish that we could customize the questions per building/entity/asset vs that it is an umbrella questionnaire for all.
