It helped my company boost its efficiency and to lower the technicians' costs. it is very easy to use and keeps my business organised

Pros

it covers all the aspects of the service management procedure. it manages the technicians through the online monitoring of the mobile application, it supports asset configuration management which gives the chance to the technician to finish his work faster and i can get all the statistics i need for my company productivity

Cons

Apart from the mobile application, the software is only desktop based.
