The support team are always available to help even when they are very busy there is always someone dedicated to help. Pros I used to work on many systems like this but I find Clock It easy to use. It's intuitive and easy to use through laptop, tablet and phone. Cons Some options are difficult to find but when you get to know the system, it's all easy to set up. The customer service team's contact details could be a little more visible, but it's equally ease to google it out. It is user friendly which is a priority for us and our team, and most importantly it has clock in flexibility by letting you do it on different devices and platforms. Pros We really liked that the free version allows for accurate time tracking for those on a budget. Looking at the paid versions you get some serious value for your money. The user interface is smooth and allows for lots of different reporting. Cons We really wish there was a way for admins to manually edit punches without having to go through the time correction request portal. They are more hands on with making sure they get to work on time etc. They are able to check all punches before payroll week. Pros The online feature for clockit is most helpful. I love that my team can login and look up their time to make sure its correct and/or that their time is correct. The functions are very easy to use and customer service is very helpful when any problems occur. Cons The only con I would say is when the system was updating, we couldn't see any of our time or punches. Pros brilliant interface, flexible platform, great in attendance management, easy to use, perfect permissions control. Cons this was designed for small companies, Very weak electronic forms, No forms auto fill, other apps are much more established in documenting the HR Records, No electronic Signatures, No flexibility in calculating the Leaves as per companies needs (example: no possibilities for calendar days leave calculation, only working days). No multi layers reporting (only one manager), No multiple approvals available (only the reported manager can approve). the approvals are not properly reflected with signatures on the final created form.
