We can divide our board into several regions for each feature area in our product. Cons With a huge board it can get quite slow. In it I do not like the management of kanban boards. Creating and structuring cards takes a lot of time. The problem was solved with the help of Favro. Working in this service is much nicer and easier. Cons The service appeared relatively recently, therefore many functions work incorrectly, the connection with the service sometimes breaks. Pros User friendly design that makes it easy visually to view your tasks for the week. It's very easy to customize but as it is is already a streamlined and modern design. Cons The application is unstable, as evidenced by the constant bug fixes. In addition, there is a lack of tabs, where only those tasks that are given to me, and not the whole team, are collected. Cons When editing cards, there need to be a lot of clicks/save/ for editing things like todo/ comment. Kanban boards help to keep a lot of information in mind - it’s very convenient that information can be accessed from an iPhone. The application is completely satisfied! Cons The application is easy to understand, at least, easier than with Trello, but Favro does not have many useful functions. It's purple, and the interface is logically laid out. Without this tool, my inter-team communication would take a huge hit. I love the tags, I love that I can rearrange the cards on the fly and I love the labels for the card categories. Cons The lack of an individual theming system. It would be great if each user could make theme changes to their Favro board that only displays to them. Let's lots of agile apps out there, but as an agency, you're always working on multiple projects (normal agile doesn't handle this well) the card duplication lets us manage lots of complexity without too much complexity in the interface. Pros That the agile flow is modelled and card duplication is nicely solved. This is combined with speed and robustness (reasons we left previous platforms) Cons We found a scrolling glitch, and we're concerned about the cost scaling long term. We'd like to invite all our clients to share read-only boards, but that's going to get pricing quickly.
